Concentrated gas has been promoted widely in China. But it also has many problems, such as poor profitability and difficult operation. It is necessary to Study on empirical analysis and optimization of Centralized biogas supply running.In this paper, the applied technology of biogas engineering was researched in terms of anaerobic processes, energy input and residue comprehensive utilization, etc. On the basis of economic optimization by scenario analysis method, financial support measures were proposed from the perspective of biogas energy value.The biogas impact on energy structure of households living was also researched. The result were as follows.Huang-Huai was concentrated gas supply regions with the highest proportion, where the centralized gas supply proportion of households was 1.10%.The three typical projects were located in Huang-Huai region.The average monthly biogas consumption of one household was 13.58-27.83 m3, and it significantly increased in winter,which was 18.47-27.48m3. It was very important to keep Warming and insulation of biogas project in northern china in winter.In the case of biogas concentration supply, biogas became one of the main types of household energy consumption, other types of primary energy consumption of were electricity, coal and solar.The structure of traditional rural energy consumption was changed, which included coal, straw,firewood and so on. Biogas consumption accounts for the proportion of household living energy in rural areas was 2.52% -9.55%.For large-scale biogas projects, raw material constraint, low feed load, temperature and slurry utilization were key issues to be considered, measures to improve the efficiency of biogas project were mixed raw material, high load and strengthen reflux,etc. For small biogas projects, it was crucial to improve fermentation temperature and feed load.The rate of material and energy conversionXi Niuliang Village biogas project was the highest, in which project 17.64kg pig manure could produce Im3 of biogas. Solar and gas heating were in favor of energy conservation and environmental protection.Under the current management conditions, most of concentrated gas project lacked economy without building subsidies. Building subsidies could improve the economy, but most of projects were not still economically feasible, because internal rate of return was below the basic internal rate,which was 8%.Operational optimization of anaerobic digestion could improve material and energy conversion efficiency. Most of projects were economically feasible under in the case of operation optimization.In consideration of the outside benefit of reducing fossil fuel consumption,chemical fertilizer and greenhouse gas emissions,the biogas project had a good economy, the construction and operation of which could be achieved by market.Building subsidies and biogas subsidies should be implemented as soon as possible currently to promote the rapid and sustainable development of biogas centralized supply. It should promote market-oriented construction and operation by policy support on reducing consumption of fossil energy, fertilizer and greenhouse gas emission in medium and long term. Trusteeship operation mode and construction-management integration mode were effective way to achieve sustainable management of biogas project, which had market characteristic.
