Feed mixer is one of the main equipment of the feed industry, mix will directly affect the performance hybrid, hybrid power and productivity of mixed quality. At present, small farms and individual farmers in China are more, small feed mixer application wide. This paper with horizontal feed mixer mixing machinery for the study, feed mixing process control research, include:According to the purpose and requirements of the present study, laboratory manual-small horizontal mixer into a small horizontal mixer performance test device, motor replaced manual labour, by variable frequency adjust the speed of the mixer to meet testing requirements.Mixed uniformity and important indicators of the performance of mixed-power mixer is judgment.
