Moving mirror space interferometer is a kind of important spaceborne infrared remote sensing instrument, which can obtain high sensitivity, high spectral resolution, multi-channel atmospheric radiation spectrum, and the performance on the vertical distribution of atmospheric temperature and humidity. The in-orbit long-term reliable operation of the moving mirror system is an important guarantee of realizing the function and performance of the interferometer. However, under special working conditions, such as satellite launch impact, microgravity environment, spaceparticle radiation, etc, the moving mirror movement system would be put forward higher requirements. This thesis comprehensively expounds the determination of technical indexes, plan design, key technologies, system implementation and performance test results of the interferometer moving mirror motion control system suitable for space applications.The thesis researches the foreign typical space interferometer moving mirror motion system with bearing mode, moving mirror type, drive motor, the reference light source, motion mechanism protection measures, control circuit scheme,the speed measure and speed control mode. It also sums up the common technical scheme and introduces the space environment in which the interferometer operates in orbit. The influences of the moving mirror movement effective stroke, speed fluctuation and sampling time base over the performance of the interferometer are analyzed in detail. The main technical indexes and overall technical solution of the moving mirror motion system are determined through investigation and analysis.Key technologies are discussed respectively, such as the lock and unlock scheme of the moving mirror body, motion center positioning and motion control scheme based on FPGA. The thesis comprehensively expounds the hardware implementation method of the moving mirror institutions, such as lock and unlock device, motion actuator, motion locating mechanism, the position measurement module, digital control circuit, etc. It also relates the software implementation method, such as adjustable expected motion, motion center positioning, digital PID control, fault diagnosis, etc.The results of this thesis show that the scheme of the moving mirror motion control system is feasible. Moving mirror system has the ability to resist launch impact, adapt to the microgravity environment andresist radiation. And the position precision of motion centre can reach 1 ~ 2 reference of half of the laser wavelength. The fluctuation RMS value of the uniform area of velocity is less than 0.3%, better than the required value. The research results of this thesis lay a good theoretical and technical foundation for space engineering application of the interferometer.
