Because of the large amount and wide scrope, automobile and motorcycle parts enterprises are a vital part of industrial system in our country. In recent years, the increasingly fierce of market competition, forcing automobile and motorcycle parts enterprises have to push out new products continuously both meet the market demands and be better than other competitors. However, new products development for automobile and motorcycle parts is an extremely complex system engineering, which involving a wide range aspect, strong science, long period and high R&D capacities. Due to lack of funds, technology, equipment and personnel etc, automobile and motorcycle parts enterprises fell powerless and even difficult increasingly in new product development. On the other hand, some universities, research institutes, service institutions and professional enterprises, which possess abundant technology resources, sophisticated equipment and plenty of achievements.Whereas, they have low utilization rate and inadequate function.How to achieve wider range of configuration and more convenient to optimize new product development resources for automobile and motorcycle parts, has become one of the hot issues of academic research now. Cloud manufacturing is a new mode of network manufacturing, which organizes network manufacturing resources and provides users with various types of manufacturing resources according to their own requirements. In addition, it stressed that” concentrate use by decentralized resource and decentralized service by concentrate resource”, which provides an effective way to solve the issues above. Based on the existing papers of the domestic and foreign research results, some exploration and research on how to build cloud manufacturing services platform and key technology of new product development for automobile and motorcycle parts have beed done in this paper.Firstly, this paper analyzes the characteristics and needs of cloud manufacturing services for automobile and motorcycle parts new product development. On which, this paper put forward a cloud manufacturing service platform, which can effectively support the description,registration, release, search, matching, selection, trading and service monitoring of new product development resources for automobile and motorcycle parts. This paper also establishes a general framework of the platform, including the general framework, function structure, operation mode and business mode.Then, this paper researches on some key technologies of the cloud manufacturing service platform of new product development for automobile and motorcycle parts, including:①Aiming at the demand of unified modeling and description of the various type and independent new product development resources for automobile and motorcycle parts, based on the multi dimensions analysis, ontology modeling and semantic description of new product development resources for automobile and motorcycle parts have been done.②Aiming at the key role for the flow and sharing of new product development knowledge of automobile and motorcycle parts, this paper analyzes the classification and properties of new product development knowledge of automobile and motorcycle in cloud manufacturing, and proposed a knowledge management system for new product development in cloud manufacturing, and establishes the general architecture and service operation mode. Then some key technologies was researched, such as the ontology modeling new product development knowledge of automobile and motorcycle parts in cloud manufacturing based on RDFS, the knowledge semantic querying based on SPARQL.③Aiming at the demand of cloud service encapsulation of the distributed, heterogeneous and different conditions of the new product development resources for automobile and motorcycle parts, based on the information perception and the degree of behavior control, three cloud service encapsulation modes are presented, including the highly encapsulation, part of the encapsulation, and near-zero encapsulation. A adapter based on the Multi-Agent has been stablished for cloud service encapsulation of the new product development resources for automobile and motorcycle parts, then the structure model and the interaction mechanism of the adapter have been designed, and the knowledge representation and accumulation method which based on semantic directed graph of the adapter have been researched too.④Aiming at the problem of optimized selection between the numerous new product development resources for automobile and motorcycle parts which can meet the functional requirements, a kind of evaluation system for the optimized selection of new product development resources for automobile and motorcycle parts was put forward, including the time(T), quality(Q), cost(C), controllability(Co) and continuity(Ct), knowledge(K) and risk(R) and reliability(Cr), optimized selection decision table based on rough set theory has been established, the optimized selection decision has been realized based on Rosetta.Finally, based on the research above, this paper designs and builds a cloud manufacturing platform of new product development for automobile and motorcycle parts, and conducts a preliminary application combined with Chongqing automobile and motorcycle parts industry, and achieves good effect.
