With the development of society, the pursuit of personality is more and more fanatical, product differentiation has become a basic condition in the market. In order to adapt to the development trend, this paper focuses on how to improve the efficiency of packaging design, reduce the design costs, meet customer needs. Specifically, the purpose of this research are two:One is tailored for the product packaging, so that the product packaging of the culture, shape, decoration and other elements have been accurate expression, improve product grade. Two is the design of each detail in the packaging to achieve the quality of precision control, reduce the consumption of human and material resources,maximize the packaging function, leading the direction of future packaging sustainable development.In order to achieve these purposes, this paper applied the principle of Kansei Engineering, to capture the consumer’s feelings of the product and the packaging, for the packaging of perceptual accuracy design. In the course of the study, there are five main methods of this paper:First, survey and statistics, which is the basis of the study of the perceptual engineering. Two is the Semantic quantification and integration, it is the core method of the packaging emotional design. Three is the Concept disassembly blending method, the method can translate the target into specific parameters and details. Four is artificial neural network, it is constructed by artificial and has forecast function. Five is matrix contrast analysis, it through customer demand and packaging technology characteristics for the Contrast analysis. In addition, this paper has applied the technology of eye movement analysis, Rokeach value questionnaire, Prediction feedback normalization method and KJ method, the precise design method play a great role in the study.In the application of the above methods, this paper completed the research content, and achieved 3 aspects of the innovative results.1.The concept of the sensibility packaging precision design is presented and studied, and the method of modern packaging design is enriched.This paper in the background of customization and multi-directional exchange of information technology, in products, packaging, user integration of "concentric circles" with Kansei Engineering and precision of the theoretical basis for the design, put forward the concept of packaging perceptual precise design.The core theory of its technical content and the method of application are described, a large number of application examples are providing to verify these theories and methods too, guidelines of the operational detailed are formed. These studies provided a variety of ideas for the development of packaging design in the new situation.2.The emotional vocabulary and control index of tea packaging were established, and the design of the tea package was carried out.The establishment of the perceptual vocabulary and the setting of the control index are the essential prerequisite for the design of the package sensibility and the important work of this paper. The data collected for the vocabulary and the establishment of the index is in tea package design in the practical available up-to-date information, including a large number of content, such as packaging culture, aesthetic orientation, material description, modeling data, color quantization, image and text information, layout design, etc., so that the implementation of the whole process of the packaging perceptual precision design have rich and accurate reference data.With support of these data,this paper achieve the precise analysis and selection of packaging materials, packaging modeling precise description, proposes a new kansei image coordinate control method. The graphic elements of the packaging were refined and the accuracy of the packaging composition was finally realized. These data and case can not only be applied in the design of the tea packaging accuracy, but also can be used for reference and use in other subjects.3.Three methods were proposed in the inductive evaluation of packaging, and the evaluate feedback mechanism was established.The design evaluation is the final step of the design of the package sensibility, and the important index of the design effect. This paper firstly from consumers and designers perceptual model matching in packaging evaluation, and the consumer demand, technology characteristics, market conditions, technology competition was evaluated by QFD. At last, the design effect of the packaging is measured by the advanced psychological measurement instrument:eye tracker. At the same time, the feedback and absorption mechanism of information are also evaluated. These results can deal with the changing emotional information in the process of packaging emotional design, and have the space for the upgrade and adjustment in the following development.Through the research, this paper take tea package for example, successfully completed the packaging precision design method research, and the effect of design is validated through all kinds of packaging evaluation method, provides more reference and ideas for perceptual design of packaging more widely. From the paper, We know the perceptual engineering has a good prospect in the design of packaging precision, which will develop in the direction of more convenient and more accurate in the perceptual design.
