Nowadays with the energy shortage and increasingly serious environmental pollution, wind power has attracted a wide attention around the world with the characteristics such as clean and resource-rich, environmentally friendly, and easy to develop. The utilization and development of wind power is significantly important in the21st century and China has become the leader of the wind power usage in the world. However, with the incensement of the installed capacity of the wind power generators, improving the efficiency, controlling the unit cost, maintaining the equipment have become the obstacles in further development of wind power in China. Therefore, this article has carried out the researches about cost controlling, the operation control of wind turbine, wind power equipment condition and the information management of wind power equipment from theory to practice in order to obtain some methods to contribute to the health and rapid utilization and development of wind power.The thesis is divided into six parts. Chapter one is the introduction. The background and significance of research has been discussed in this chapter. The developing history and current situation of wind power in China and oversea has been investigated. The main problems arising from the development of wind power in China have been introduced and the research contents of this paper have been put forward in the end.Chapter two deals with the configuration model of the wind power system. The operation characteristic has been analyzed and control methods of the different wind turbines have been obtained. The effect of wind electricity on the grid has been investigated and the major influences have been figured out. The operation of wind turbines in bad weather is introduced at the end of this chapter for the purpose to enhance the performance of wind farm.In Chapter three, the relevant theories of cost control have been introduced first. The value-chain analyzing during both the preparation phase and the production-operation phase of the wind power enterprises have been studied based on the analysis of composition of the wind-power cost and some cost-control means of the wind-power enterprise. At the end of this chapter, the key point control meanings that can reduce the cost of the wind-power enterprise, enhance the competition ability of enterprises has been given. The cost in the preparation phase and operation phase can been controlled by this method effectively.In chapter four, the mathematic model of wind turbine’s increaser has been built to obtain the vibration characteristics by numerical simulation method. The vibration status of the gearbox can be monitored by the responses of the dynamic equations. The remote equipments monitor system for wind farm has been built up by employing the virtual reality and remote data acquiring technologies. All the online data of the wind turbine, such as the wind velocity, electricity production, wind turbine ID, and et al, can been observed and demonstrated in the virtual reality inspecting system for the whole wind farms. The unmanned-watching wind farms would be feasible by utilization this technology. The efficiency and reliability of equipments would be increased and manpower cost would be saved for the wind farms.In chapter five, an equipment management system for wind farm has been developed after fully understanding the wind farms’ demand on the ASP.NET platform. It realized the account management, defect management, servicing and maintenance management, change management, two tickets management, files management and strictly control of the user permission management for equipment management in wind farm. The system has worked very well on daily operation and management in JieJi wind power plant of China Huadian MengDong branch.Chapter six is the conclusion. A detailed summary of the main research work in this paper has been listed. It summarized the main research contents and the main conclusion of this paper. This chapter also puts forward the shortcomings and deficiency about the research content in this paper, and the key points, which need to be supplemented and improved, have been given in the end.
