It sets ready for development of modern railway logistics. Using the theories and methods of System Engineering, Complex Networks and Economics, this dissertation mainly addresses the influence of passenger dedicated line on railway hub logistics system, also researches the evolution and optimization of spatial network, service network and organization network of railway hub logistics system on basis of passenger dedicated line.(1) Analysis of the influence of passenger dedicated line on railway hub logistics system. This dissertation studies the influence mechanism and specifically discusses on two aspects of such influence:logistics capability promotion and logistics demand increase. Passenger dedicated line affects railway hub logistics system on both capability supply and logistics demand through railway freight system and city economic system; meanwhile railway hub logistics system is a dissipative structure that the key power in its evolution is the policies on railway logistics development. Logistics capability must be strengthened simultaneously with passenger dedicated line; otherwise the releasing freight capability from existing line can not upgrade entire logistics capability of railway logistics system due to mutual constraint of series type system. The most direct effect of passenger dedicated line on hub cities is accelerating the flow of production factors among regions as well as within region, hence increasing logistics demands. The dissertation also studies the significant influence of Wuhan-Guangzhou passenger dedicated line on intensity of economic relationship between the two cities by measure model of economical relation intensity.(2) Optimization of spatial network of railway hub logistics system. The dissertation first constructs a concept model of spatial network of railway hub logistics system; then studies China railway hub logistics system by Complex Network methods and presents optimization strategy; finally develops the logistics centre location evaluation model on the basis of triangular fuzzy number, and optimizes spatial network of Zhengzhou railway hub logistics system by TOPSIS Algorithm. There exists a notable hierarchy in the importance of railway stations in spatial network of China railway hub logistics system:Only a few stations are with huge degree and high up in the network; the great majority of the stations are at same low levels of importance; besides, the railway hub is nearly a scale-free network. The spatial network evolution model of railway hub logistics also shows that impelled by passenger dedicated line, logistics volume in railway hub tends towards cluster, the network possesses convergence. However as a result of the attraction and weight of nodes, it is unlikely to concentrate in a single node forming one-canter network, but splitting up into multi-center tiered network. Therefore the optimization strategy is that first to appoint only a few nodes from entire railway hub as logistic centers; then improve line freight capability between center nodes to let act as axes of the network; lastly connect the non-center nodes with center nodes and join connection between non-center nodes where necessary.(3) Optimization of service network of railway hub logistics system. This dissertation builds a model for service network of railway hub logistics system and discusses its connotation and characters. Further it studies how to optimize freight organization of railway hub subject to passenger dedicated line, which has such characters that to plan direct transportation based on logistic centers and to plan transportation operation according to working diagram. This dissertation also addresses the problem of optimizing the marshalling station stage plan with the random break-up and assembly time by stochastic programming methods. It changes the chance constraints into their deterministic equivalents so that the stochastic model can be transformed to a deterministic model and presents an improved genetic algorithm to solve the problem. The calculation result shows that chance constraints optimization can obtain a more reliability marshalling station stage plan than that of stochastic factors not considered in the model.(4) Optimization of organization network of railway hub logistics system. This dissertation analyzes and optimizes the organization network by transaction cost theory. Using Nash negotiation, it also discusses the problem of profits distribution between horizontal alliance and vertical alliance of railway hub logistics. The analysis shows that current situation of multiple management of railway hub must be changed. An authoritative management organization shall be set up to supervise the freight stations and cargo yards; otherwise each station tends to adopt market mode instead of combination due to its low-level transaction feature of asset specificity. Moreover, railway hub logistics center shall be independently established to run logistics business in enterprise mode. Currently the railway freight company shall make close strategic partnership with other specialized freight companies and gradually transit to enterprise mode. Mixed mode such as logistic alliance is a reasonable choice for governing relationships among railway freight company, large-scale industrial-mineral company and third-party logistics company. In a logistic alliance overflow profits are distributed proportionally among the members besides of their respective original profits. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | railway hub, logistics system, spatial network, service network, organization network, passenger dedicated line | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
