Energy and affinitive environment problems have become a perennial hotspot in the world. In view of both non-renewability and accessary environment pollution for the fossil fuel such as the coal, oil and natural gas and both reproducibility and Clean and environmental protection for biomass energy to form bright contrast, which prompts the biomass energy to become important elements for the future sustainable energy, and occupies very important position in the global energy structure. Therefore, research, development and utilization of the renewable energy technologies based on the biomass energy have become important hot topics at home and abroad, which have a broad prospect and application value.Wood flour used in fuel was important raw materials in the industrial and agricultural production for wood-plastics composite materials, wooden biomass particles, bio-oil and wood gasification, which was also one kind of important form for use of wooden biomass energy. There is not systematic study for the wood flour used in fuel which has well-distributed granularity and regular shape in the domestic. Although there have been some reports and research achievements about processing for the wood flour used in fuel in both home and abroad, and there is very lack of research of design theories about wood flour used in fuel and pulverization equipments. Therefore, there is important theoretical significance and practical value for the wood flour used in fuel which has been carried out in-depth study urgently.Many modern design methods and means such as wood cytology, super-speed machining theory, image processing and simulation technology combining with relevant theories for composite material mechanics and toughness anisotropic mechanical were adopted to produce the wood flour used in fuel through analyzing both tradition processing methods for the wood flour used in fuel and study for energy consumption on the basis of analyzing and studying wood science, wooden materials, wood mechanics and wood technology combining with our energy economy development situation and characteristics of biological material.Both cell structure and mechanical properties of wood materials were analyzed, related mechanical properties of wood raw materials produced into wood flour used in fuel that is in line with granularity requirement. One kind of pulverization machine with high speed for wood flour used in fuel was designed. A variety of grinding ways are integrated in this pulverizer. Feeding directly way for the traditional pulverizer is replaced. There is high efficiency and saving energy for this pulverizer which adopts self-suction feeding and double deck body. It has many advantages for the wood flour use in fuel such as high pulverization efficiency, low pollution and less investment, while shortcomings for the traditional wood flour used in fuel such as much impurities, poor quality of fiber and non-uniform mesh of wood flour, thus one new kind of production mode for the wood flour used in fuel is created.Stressed states of wood flour used in fuel particles were carried on studying during process of the pulverization, wood flour used in fuel obtained from this machine was adopted theory of computer graphics and image to carry out detection for macro features and detection for micro video, micrograph samples of the wood flour used in fuel were studied through many methods such as image segmentation and graphics recreating, ideal image of the wood flour used in fuel was produced, dealing results were carried out calibration, and mathematical models of various wood flour were established. At the same time, wood flour used in fuel obtained was used laser granularity-meter to count granularity of wood flour and percentage of volume, granularity of the wood flour has reached200to300meshes and can fully satisfy with granularity requirements for the wood flour, thus one kind of new processing method for the wood flour used in fuel is obtained. In addition, pulverization theory used for the wood flour used in fuel was put forward, which provides practical basis for development and application of forming technology for the wood flour used in fuel.
