Coal roadway rockburst is a great threat to safety production. As the subject of coal roadway rockburst in Huating mining area for this paper, the mechanism and prevention methods of mine roadway rockburst were studied.(1)Geological characteristics and the relationship between rockburst occurrence and mining in Huating coal field were analyzed. The law and damage situation of rockburst appearing were initially grasped.(2)The impact tendency of coal in Huating coalfield was studied, and the impact tendency of coal in Huating coalfield was determined, while Principal Component method was used to analysis the.impact tendency comprehensively.(3)Through the coal rock mechanics test and the field monitoring data, the important role of the dynamic expansion and boundary amplification phenomenon were discovered in the process of rock burst. A theoretical model was established to describe the expansion of coal rock, and the mechanism of rockburst caused by the dynamic expansion of the surrounding rock was expounded. Through the site monitoring and numerical simulation, boundary amplification phenomenon of roadway surrounding rock statics and dynamics were analyzed. It provides a theoretical basis for dispelling rockburst danger and supporting system parameters optimization.(4)The theoretical analysis of the instability of the roadway floor in the coal roadway in Huating coal mine was carried out. It put forward the mechanism of non-coordinated deformation of floor slab; and the instability of the bottom plate was analyzed with the method of the medium plate theory and cusp catastrophe model. It Pointed out the key control indicators of the instability of the roadway floor(5)The rockburst relief measures of tunnel were studied. According to the specific situation of Huating coalfield, apart from using the methods of large diameter drilling, coal seam water infusion and blasting unloading pressure, directional relief method of tunnel rockburst was put forward through combined theoretical analysis and boundary amplification phenomenon. It obtained a good effect on site.(6)The design method of impact roadway supporting system was established. With the optimization of supporting parameters and the innovation of supporting design, the damage of impact coal pressure to underground roadway was weakened or eliminated. On the basis of dynamic expansion, it put forward the matching principle of long anchor and short cable. The energy of the load, the energy of the coal body and the bearing capacity of the support were analyzed theoretically and numerically.
