Focused on the theoretic difficulties and key techniques in the assessment and mornitoring of goaf disaster, the presented thesis carries out the innovation research as follows:(1) The classification method, category characteristics, structure, law of development, disaster types and distribution laws of goaf are systematically studied, and the basic concept of goaf (group) is clarified together with the proposal of knowledge framework on goaf study.(2) Based on the goaf investigation and statistics from49mines under Minmetals Group and some mines in china, a management method by goaf classification is established to conduct the registration, examination, evaluation and prediction of goaf disaster.(3) Based on the theory of rheology-mutation and Obert-Duvall pillar strength standards, the Voronoi method is used to divide the wall-rock roof load, and a3D space-time calculation method of "Domino" effect of goaf instability is established. Xianglushan tungsten mine in Jiangxi province carry out the application case.(4) Based on the laser ranging techniques and rock-bolt interaction theory, a wireless transmission system on deformation-stress monitoring of goaf wall-rock has been developed. A method of Regional prediction and point prediction (absolute value prediction, deformation rate prediction of, deformation acceleration prediction) is also proposed to forecast the goaf disaster. Pangushan tungsten mine and Xishimen iron mine carry out the application case. The results has a positive meaning for mine safety supervision of the state, and do good to the goaf disaster prevention work as assessment, monitoring and management.
