At present, many residual coal pillars can easily lead to coal spontaneouscombustion in mine in China. We investigate the distribution and characteristics ofXing Tao’s residual coal pillar mine distribution and characteristics; and analyzeoccurrence structural features of the residual coal pillar rock. Based on the coal-oxygen complex theory, we study the unfavorable factors in the process of miningresidual pillar; and theoretically study the mining technology and its applicationconditions of residual coal pillar in XING-Tao mine. Using the FLAC3D numericalsimulation software, we simulate the variable regular of coal pillar vertical stress, thevariable regular of coal pillar vertical displacement, the deformation regular of coalpillar, the deformation regular of pillar rock and the migration regular of overburden.Experimental studies have determined indicators gas of forecasting the Xing Tao coalmines spontaneous combustion、oxygen consumption rate of coal sample、heat releaserate and its critical temperature, and established the early warning system of coalspontaneous combustion. Based on the principle of positive pressure ventilation, weintegrally designed the automatic control-positive pressure ventilation system in themining face of the Xing Tao mine’s residual coal pillar; Based on the principle ofhardware communication, we integrally designed the hardware of the automaticcontrol-positive pressure ventilation system.Based on the Force-Control6.0 configuration software, we developed the monitoring software of the automatic controlpositive pressure ventilation system. |
