Complex lithologic reservoir generally has the complex water-oil relations, lithology changes quickly and low permeability features, thus carries on the high technical requirements of development, especially face severe stable difficulties in the middle and latter periods. The production technical stabilization technology complex reservoirs of the 9th member of Yan’an formation in hujianshan oilfield yuan 72 well block were studied. Based on fine reservoir geological features, on the basis of established medium-term cycle comparison, the spatial distribution of sand body and whose the superimposed relationship were found out; According to classification and evaluation of the space types, physical properties and pore structure characteristics of the reservoir; From single well fluid type identification, section oil-water relationship comparison, the original oil-water relationship and the reservoir distribution is analyzed, and through the reservoir history matching, the situation of further complicate oil-water relationship in developing is studied.Combining the development effect of the oil reservoir, the point of the oil-water relationship controlled the water distribution, the reservoir conditions controlled the oil production, and the injection-production controlled the pressure is presented. Integrated single well geological characteristics, the classification of the single well dynamic characteristics and well group division and well group put forward the reservoir development dynamic analysis problems relating to the six aspects of production stable. According to the problems of the stability, combined with reservoir geology and production performance, the eight stable technical countermeasures such as fill holes, transfer layer, focus, shut-in and fluid, fluid and injected water volume adjustment and controlling water plugging are put forward to. And according to the single well profile geological and production dynamic characteristics, the technical countermeasures which is "each well has its solution measure" is formed.Based on the development history and analog technology of typical well block to determine stable key technical line, and determine the stable development of reasonable formation pressure and speed of reasonable mining fluid (oil) in eastern, central and southwest of the study area. The numerical simulation work choosing the typical wells in the bottom water well block, the edge water well block and no obvious watershed well block, to determine the research sustainable development of the suitable injection-production ratio. Based on the proposed eight stable technical countermeasures and reasonable and stable technical line, design the 28 sets of scheme comparison is forecasted, through 5 years,10 years,15 years of prediction index contrast, formed a set of suitable for the study area reservoir production and development of reasonable and effective technical countermeasures and solutions.Through in-depth study, this paper has obtained the three aspects of innovative achievements:One is the basis of the characteristics of reservoir oil-water relationship with water controlled, reservoir conditions with production controlled, injection-production with pressure controlled which forms a set of fine description of the reservoir considering space and time, dynamic and static characteristics and their relationship. Two is divided into the flow unit types, and extract its electrical response characteristics and physical property, established the clustering recognition mode of the seepage unit type, which guides the injection-production correspondence analysis and evaluation; Three is facing sustainable development around the reservoir "water control" to the key issues, from the original of the complexity of the relationship between oil and water as well as the further development process description and understanding of the complexity, proposed the transfer layer, transfer, shut-in, control fluid, injection, water plugging 6 kinds of water control measures, and implement to the reservoir formed a "each well has its solution measure" scheme. The development of complex lithologic reservoir is difficult, the problems in the process of development is diversiform, there is no unified rule or experience to draw lessons from;But the thought of the reservoir fine description based on the space and time, dynamic and static characteristics of reservoir and their relationship in the study of this paper, and the gradually in-depth analysis method from the well to the blockcan be used in complex lithology reservoir fine description and development plan design or adjustment measures.
