| Cd, a heavy metal, is one of the main pollutants in the greenhouse. The experiment was conducted in solar greenhouse polluted Cd in Shaanxi-Yangling, China. We selected two solar greenhouses named 68 and 69 in order to collect surface soil samples(0- 20 cm), then determine the total amount of Cd and DTPA. Statistical analysis of results showed that different fertilizers have different effects on the ability to absorb Cd by Beta vulgaris L.varcicla. The research results are as follows:(1) Seven different varieties of lettuce were selected to plant in soil contaminated with Cd. The results indicated that Li-sheng-er-hao 〠Hong-tian-cai were able to absorb Cd significantly higher than others, which were chosen to conduct next experiments.(2) Depth of farmland: The results suggest that the appropriate level is about 30-40 cm in depth.(3) The effect of chemical fertilizers(types of fertilizer and dosage) on the Cd accumulation in Beta vulgaris L.varcicla: the findings of this study imply that soil conditions in Shaanxi- Yangling, China along with a dosage of iron sulfate 0.435kg/1x1.5m2 are considered strengthening the plant growth, and inhibiting to absorb Cd from plant best.(4) The effect of organic fertilizers(types of fertilizer and dosage) on the Cd accumulation in Beta vulgaris L.varcicla: the findings of this study demonstrate that soil conditions in Shaanxi- Yangling, China along with a dosage of cow manure + lime 2,25+0.09kg/1x1.5m2 are considered strengthening the plant growth, and inhibiting to absorb Cd from plant best.(5) The effect of carbon(C) on the Cd accumulation in Beta vulgaris L.varcicla: the findings of this study show that soil conditions in Shaanxi- Yangling, China along with a dosage of carbon made from coconut shells(2.25 kg /1x1.5m2) are considered inhibiting the ability to absorb Cd from plant best.(6) The effect of the amount of water irrigated on the Cd accumulation in plant: irrigating plant in Cd contaminated soil with humidity from 80% impacts on the plant growth, development best and inhibit the Cd absorption from plants maximum. |
