The problem of oilfield scaling becomes more and more important with the increase of the watercontaination and the water intake per unit thickness. Oilfield scaling not only effect the output of crudeproduction, operates in life, but also effect the oil production safety.Based on the geofactor analysis of liangjialou oilfield and chunhua oilfield, we analyzed the x-raydiffraction, the content of ion and bacteria in produced water, dissolved gas, the corrosion couponexperiment and wellbore pressure transient of the scale sample and studied the scaling mechanism ofbarium and strontium sulfate scale and the mechanism of corrosion of wellbore, pumping equipment andgathering pipeline in detail.We developed J-2barium strontium sulfate scale inhibitor, which works well to the barium sulfatescale, while somewhat worse to the strontium sulfate scale. As the barium sulfate scale occupied seventyfive percent of the scale sample obtained from the well site, so we mainly consider the influence of bariumsulfate scale. The scale inhibitor effect of J-2barium strontium sulfate is very good. Then we didcompatibility experiment of scale inhibitor and corrosion inhibitor, and developed the J-2barium strontiumsulfate scale and corrosion inhibitor. On the aspect of well site refueling craft, we developed the solid scaleand corrosion inhibitor which can slowly release, have longer validity and better effect and can adapt todifferent types of scale. The above work can effectively prevent or substantially reduce the corrosion andscaling degree of oil wells and mines gathering pipeline, reduce the replacement frequency of pipe string,pumping rod and facinities, extend the oil pump inspection cycles, which has an important significance toimprove the efficiency of oil field development.The innovative and creativity of the paper mainly reflected in the fllowing aspects. Through thescaling mechanism study of the barium strontium sulfate scale in the gathering pipeline and the scalingfactor analysis of the wellbore nearby the reservoir, we get defferent theoretical knowledge; Compositeantiscaling technology study remarkably improved the antiscaling effect; We developed the solid corrosionand scale inhibitors which can slowly release, have longer validity and better effect and can adapt to the different types of scale, which make well site refueling technology further improve, and expand the fieldapplication of chemistry antiscaling technology.
