Because of the large span of the roof caving of working face cut the roof hazardcontrol problem has always been a problem in the field of roadway support, riskspredictionat of the roof of large span cut roof caving for roof caving control is ofgreat significance.Under the engineering background of12018open-off cut in themine of Li Jiahao, research methods of the theoretical analysis, laboratoryexperiments, numerical simulation and field trials are used to System study the largesection cut roof and supporting body deformation characteristics, the mechanism ofroof, roof caving zone prediction method, index system and the key technology onpick up. The research results are as follows:(1) the research reveals the Lijiahaomine section cut and supporting body deformation law of roof and roof cavingmechanism of access to the roof abscission layer deformation, rock structure,supporting quality and other key factors and the relevance of the roof caving,accordingly to determine the forecast index system above key factors of roof cavingof danger.(2) the large section cut roof caving zone prediction method is proposedto determine the roof caving of danger forecast, the weight of each indicator sets andquantitative criteria. Based on analytic hierarchy and weighted average predictionmodel of roof caving zone analysis, risk by roof caving roof can be divided into stable, relatively stable, moderate stability, instability, unstable, etc.5.(3) the roofcaving of danger forecast technology system key indicators are established and theroof strata structure, roof layers displacement, anchor cable condition detection andmonitoring of key indicators such as information equipment are developed. The roofcaving of danger forecast effective pick up key indicators are estabished and theauthor provides technical support for the roof caving of danger forecast.(4) using theroof caving of danger forecast method to predict the Lijiahao danger roof cavingof mine11208face cut and the roof caving zone distribution of the cut has beenobtained. Supporting schemes is proposedon the basis of reinforcing and theindustrial test achieved good effect.
