Abstract/Summary:
With the improvement of people’s living and change of consumption concept, thedemand of fresh products is growing, the quantity requirement of fresh products is high,and the requirement of fresh products distribution in road is also increasing. In theprocess of fresh food from the producer to the final consumer,in takes80%of the timein the transport and distribution in road process and20%of the loss occurs in thecirculation link. In addition, the food safety problems of the fresh products have beenexposed again and again, which has attracted the wide attention of people. Based on this,according to the problem about safety of quality of the fresh products, the paper sets theprocess of fresh products’ distribution in road and traceability system as research objectand studies them systematically and deeply. The main research contents are as follows:①Firstly, this paper analysis all kinds of food safety accidents at present. Forthese food safety promble, the paper put forward to the research promble. Secondly,Itanalyses the research status of fresh products’ quality safety、fresh products physicaldistribution and traceability system systematically, proposes the shortcomings of freshproducts’ distribution and the traceability system and clears the purpose andsignificance of the study.②This paper studies the fresh product distribution in road and the traceabilitysystem in a whole prospective. It analyses the factors, which influence the freshlogistics, divides factors in the distribution process into five parts: transport personnel,transportation management, transportation routes, transportation equipment andtransportation environment and distinguishes the key factor through the rough set theory.It also studies factors in the supply chain, which influence the quality safety of freshproduct, distinguishes key factors in every link and regards them as traceabilityinformation. An overall technical framework is built based on the fresh products’quality safety and traceability system and deep research is on it.③This paper studies the route optimization problems of fresh productsdistribution in road. To the path optimization in fresh products’ distribution with timewindow, this paper has raised a new method, from the perspective of improved geneticalgorithm,that is, make chaos search technology into the GA. The new method utilizesthe ergodicity of chaos search technology,maps chaos variable into the range ofoptimized variable,then the original population is generated by coding the chaos variable;after the genetic operations, chaos disturbances are attached to excellentindividuals so that the evolutionary convergence speed can be accelerated and theoptimal solution can be obtained。By this means, path problems in fresh products’distribution can be optimized, the path can be shortened and the quality safety of freshproduct can be guaranteed.④This paper studies the temperature and humidity measurement and controlsystem of fresh products distribution in cold storage facilities.To solve the technicalbackward of fresh product distribution, temperature-humidity monitoring controlsystem has been purposed,which are based on S3C2440and Linux. The system selectsS3C2440based on ARM920T as controller,establishes the software platform based onLinux as operating system, collects environmental information form collection units,which are constituted with temperature and humidity sensors and adjusts theenvironmental temperature and humidity by controlling the heat and ventilationequipments。The quality and safety of fresh productions would be guaranteed though thetemperature-humidity monitoring control system。⑤This paper studies the traceability system of fresh products in the whole processof. To the frequent exposure of fresh products’ quality and safety, the traceabilitysystems for fresh meat products as well as fruits and vegetables products are established.The former studies the principle,system topology,functional modules and keytechnologies of the traceability system of fresh meat products,utilizes RFID to traceproblem products;meanwhile, the latter researches in the principle of traceabilitysystem and the acquisition of traceability information,then the ontology and semanticmodel of traceability information are constructed and problem products can be traced byontology technology.⑥At last, the main contents and contributions of the research are summarized, andthe suggestions for further research of this topic are presented.
