The geochemical characteristics, distribution, mode of occurrence and enrichmentmechanism of multi-metallic-elements associated with coal in Ordos Basin were studiedusing the knowledge of coal geology, coal petrology, mineralogy, petrology, elementgeochemistry and organic geochemistry. The distribution and enrichment of Al, Li, Gaand REY in the coal of Jungar coalfield were discussed in detail, especially on theconcertation, mode of occurrence and origin of lithium in the No.6coal seam. The uniquemineral (witherite and strontiante) in the coal fron Huangling Mine was well investigated,meanwhile, the occurrence and origin of barium were studied. The author found Ba wassignificant enrichment and the Eu showed intense positive anomaly in Huangling coal,and pointed that the Eu positive anomaly was caused by the unnormal high content of Ba.The hazardous and valuable elements were comprehensive studied and estimated, it wasfound out that the harmful elments, such as Na2O, K2O, MgO, Cd, Cr and Ba wereenrichment in the2coal from Ningdong Coalfield, the occurrence and origin of themwere investigated. And carriers of the valuable element Ga and Rb were minerals whichwere origin from the Helanshan.
