This paper studies the mineral characteristics, genesis and distribution pattern ofammonium illite in coal measures in Central North China,and discusses therelationship between ammonium illite and petroleum geology,by making full use ofcoal geology, coal geochemistry, CBM geology, crystallography and mineralogy.XRD results show that, ammonium illite in the study area is1M polytype,and itappears in the coking coal and higher rank coals,and its content increases with thermalevolution degree of coal. The functionalities of organic nitrogen in coal is studied byXPS.The results show that magmatism leads to relatively high content of N-Q incoal,and makes organic nitrogen release rate increase,thus provides more NH4+for theformation of ammonium illite.With the aspect of ammonium illite and petroleumgeology relations,it can be concluded that ammonium illite can be a potential sourceof N2in coalbed gas,and that the emergence of a large number of ammonium illite is... |
