With the development of economy, all kind of geo-hazards happen frequently, even it leads to has posed a grave menace to human well-being and development. Risk assessment of geo-hazards is as one of important basic geo-hazard research and it is instructive for understanding the extent of geo-hazards analysis, disposition of control engineering and geo-hazards prevention and control, improving the management level of geo-hazard.The Pinglu district and Shuocheng district is typical loess plateau mine, the dissertation analyzed the characteristics of geological disasters distribution and formation conditions of each typical sort in the Pinglu district and Shuocheng district in details, summarized characteristics, distribution rules and formation mechanism of geologic hazard, using the methods of GM (Grey Model), fuzzy mathematics, Rosenbluth and so on, based on building geo-hazard risk and the vulnerability assessment index system in the Pinglu district and Shuocheng district and comprehensive assessment model, comprehensively graded the risk and the vulnerability of typical area in the Pinglu district and Shuocheng district. And the typical geo-hazard is devided into four area:high susceptible area, middle susceptible are, low susceptible area, difficult susceptible area. The author mapped prevention and control of geo-hazards and built geological hazard monitoring network.The author summarized totally all kind of problems in the process of prevention and control of geo-hazards, and brought forward strategy and recommendations.
