Moderncommunication technology push people into information society and increase thedevelopment of global economy, diverse cultural and international politics’ influenceon the modern time and become the typical feature of it. Third not only does themodern communication technology have the important influence on human’s life, butit also threaten the traditional bureaucratic organization, make the organization simply,and develop the new virtual organization. Furthermore, modern communicationtechnologies enrich the communication ways of organization， have impacts ontransmission mode of organization culture and supervisor mode of the organizationand a new challenge to the management of the organization. After we discuss thefeature and function of the modern communication technology individual’s existencecondition become the key problem we should cope with. Modern communicationtechnology leads to being digital, which is a new threat to the individuals and thedisappearance of the childhood the spare time. So because of the moderncommunication technology and organization individuals bear a series ofunaccountable, miserable and contradictory feeling. So in the condition of the highlydevelopment of communication technology the master of technology, organizationand communication is going to become the key of adaptation to the world. Meanwhile the future highly development of communication technology will make its prospect inthe network of organization face more dilemma which will make one controlled bytechnology and organization, similar to others and have stronger sense of meaninglessand emptiness and face the danger of self-alienation.
