QK18-2oil field is located in the western Bohai Sea, about43km from Tanggu at it’s southeast. This structure is located in the fault zone of Qinan, has complex fault systems, at the two sides of Hai4fault develop a series of NE or near EW trending secondary faults, form many fault traps. The fault zone of Qinan is close to the rich oil-generating depression, Shahejie target zone develop available oil source rock, has sufficient oil source, and good combination of reservoir&cap, so it is a good place for oil and gas to accumulate.QK18-2oilfield produced from2004and gained some new geology&reservoir cognition form producing wells:poor connectivity, complex faults, low productivity of Es-1zone and high decline rate etc, also less analogue offshore oilfield exploitation experience can be used for reference. In order to acquire the exploitation law and get more acquaintance about geology&reservoir character of this type oilfield, seek reasonable exploitation method, keep low decline rate and help to QK18-2oilfield’s overall adjustment, it need to do fine reservoir description research of QK18-2oilfield which will also provide some experience to other analogue oilfield afterwards.Many fault block oilfields have been found in Bohai bay, the development techniques and methods of onshore fault block oilfields perform well, but not all these techniques and methods can be applied to the offshore fault block oilfields, because of few wells, low-resolution seismic data and higher development cost of offshore fault block oilfields. QK18-2oilfield is a fault block oilfield in Bohai bay, in which a number of faults exist,7wells distribute in6fault blocks, and the structure of this oilfield is not confirmed. In order to improve the quality of seismic data, pre-stack depth migration technique was used to process seismic data, the resolution of seismic data was improved effectively by using this technique. On the basis of seismic data process, many studies of development technique were developed, first of all, the geological, logging and seismic data and knowledge were used to study seismic facies, the distribution characteristic of facies could be got and the facies model which accord with depositional model were built, the geological model were finally built by combining with modeling idea and distribution of physical parameters.Petrel which is advanced3D visualize geological model building software is based on geology, well log interpretation and seismic reservoir expanding prediction to build the high precision QK18-2Oilfield model. The geological model uses the principle of Comprehensive multidisciplinary combination, scientific geological and3D geological model building theory. Model makes the best of five original materials to build construction model, property model. There are seismic, well drilling, well logging, well test and laboratory test data. Finally, the result is3D coarsening geological model for reservoir simulation. The geological study will give many possible property models and optimize the property models to give the perfect model for reservoir simulation. Production performance shows simulation results base on geology model are good correspond to production.3D geological model building can make distribution clear of reservoir, physical properties, oil remaining and favorable exploration areas. The study can give reliable geological foundation to raise oil produce in oilfield integrative adjustment.In this paper, it concerns on the lower producing degree and production on the basis of study. Then, two wells are selected for the reservoir fracturing and has no initial production for P8well. After fracturing, it produces about20m3and keep stable for l year, no water production.
