Informationization surveying and mapping is the strategic orientation of development in China, its essence is to provide effectively integrated services of geographic information for society. With the development mainstream of the developed countries making national geographic information to high-end information service industry, while in China, surveying and mapping is still aggravate marginalization, service marketization, industrialization and socialization have been lagged to the reality, the economic analysis in particular for it is serious weak, which restricted the individual, enterprise, society’opportunities of making full use of geographic information. After the technology stage, we should pay more attention to the effective use of information;Grid environment and SOA architecture result a profound change in Informationization surveying and mapping’s function form and content, which prompts us to construct a measureable, sustainable and validity system for informatization surveying and mapping service system to achieve a maximized efficiency realize, build the surveying and mapping information regulations platform, construct the bridge between the information production and information usage,thus study a validity analysis tools for the informatization surveying and mapping and the adaptive monitoring mechanism.Based on relevant theories and the practice in informattization surveying and mapping process, the author puts forward the issue of the construction for informationization surveying and mapping service system, and combines the modern information economics, the analysis of system science and management of surveying and mapping method, define the dimensions of their research--measure. Through the model, we can found the problem, and then analyze the causes, the result as the basis for scientific strategy;4) At the level of domain, the development process of informationization surveying and mapping will be rise to the learning process of the variable domain logic process.
