One hundred years ago, the establishment of the constitutional system in Chinadid not mean the thousand-year old country transforming to the modern politicalarrangement automatically. Our motherland was persistently threatened by tons ofproblems in military, economy, culture and technique. Thirty years ago, the mostsignificant policy adjustment in The Peoples Republic of China was that the classstruggle theory had been given up as the fundamental administer tools of thegovernment. The top policy makers tried to focus on the economic development in thecountry and set up the goal of free marketing structure which is more close to the bigfamily of the world. After30years trials, a series of advanced governing policiesharvested not only the huge GDP produced in the country but also different kinds offraud showed up national wide. The current development model worried us that theplaying of skills of scientific technique would push human society to the dangerousposition and result in terrible consequences due to the political policy. The30yearsenlargement of the technology was also implied that the mistaking possible mutationin classic tradition of science and technique were actually happened in real life. Anyover-use of modern techniques or the crash of the bottom line of science raised thecritical issues in the human society where the civic life and economic developmentwere damaged as well as the organic body infected by viruses. To confirm thehypothesis as above, the core case was hired comparing to the similar cases comingfrom both history of science and current real life. Here, we adopted politicalconsideration as a special research vision to discover the uncertainties in the growthof science.Under the multi-hybrid circumstances, we are faced to deal with the greatstresses in social, economical and civic life everyday. The marketing system is readyto set up. The procedures of globalization need to be accelerated. The advancedscientific techniques are explored. The consumer society is going to be mature and theurbanization is speeding up. It is a big moment requiring a historic movement to meetthe complex. It is reasonable that the research interests in history of science andphilosophy of science matching with the understanding of the sociological study asabove. Over the past a hundred years, the science and technique developed with the political and sociological improvement altogether in China. Both subjects of scienceand politic were combined too tight to cut out. That is why we always put themtogether in any historic research cases as an important reconstruction background.The reason I change my research pathway from concentrating the progress ofscience in history to focusing on the imbalance of the technique development is that Ifinally recognize that there are such a broad rage of cases out of control in life sciencearea. During the current research period, the describing and discussion of theabnormality of science is one of my major academic interests. I concentrate myresearch topic on the existing life science and its survival circumstances. I try to set upa series of indicators, methods and theory to understand and explain the role of politicelements in life science development. My intention to research the abnormality of lifescience is to correct the directions of the subject so that the life science will continueto be one of the main courses for the human happiness and the justice of the humansociety, which also the fundamental target of the development of the life science.My politic of science research is based on the evidence of life science to explorethe details gradually. Therefore, this kind of research principals and methods shouldbe repeatedly applied in the politic studies of the science in other subject such asinformation technology, environmental science and so on. The primary casestimulated me to start the politic research of life science is the Hwang Woo-Sukscandal of Korea in the end of2005. In the thesis defense, I pick up the HwangWoo-Suk case as a core sample comparing to the corresponding cases in the historyand current real life. The construction of the thesis is actually followed the guidelineof Shanghai Jiao Tong University PHD degree. The beginning of the article describesthe key concepts and key points of the text. The next six sections is the main partswhich I use to analysis the six critic elements effecting the life science progress. Theimportant life related cases in the world I selected to support my view of the points.Finally, the four conclusions have been reached.1. The modern life scientific technique is no more the pure skill releasing fromthe isolated laboratory where contaminated by the politic elements probably.2. The modern life scientific technique is cross over at least with politicalideology, Discourse of Life, virtue of the scientist, behavior of the government,ambition of the capital and the activity of the media.3. The normal development and the healthy applying of the modern life scientifictechnique depend on the balance of the six key elements described as above. 4. The project of political research of life science is tried to discover and discussthe balance arts of the important elements including six sides as indicated.
