Job satisfaction is a general attitude towards the work of its staff engaged in, which is obtained by comparing the actual value and expected after the meeting on various aspects of the work. It is a reflection of staff attitudes and emotions, directly affecting workforce performance. The oil industry is a pillar industry for national economy, which plays a key role to make sure a healthy and rapid development of national economy. Foreign oil companies have also entered the country since China joined the WTO, competing for domestic and foreign markets with domestic oil companies. Their advanced production technology and management experience have brought tremendous impact on domestic oil companies. National oil companies is no longer a domestic energy supply sector, but only a business enterprise. For Domestic oil companies, how to use their own advantages, integrate their respective resources, reduce cost and improve output in order to enhance their competitive advantage in international competition, is becoming an important issue for invincible oil workers, scholars. Reducing production costs and increasing productivity are both based on improving employee performance, and to a large extent, job performance improved are greatly influenced by the impact of employee job satisfaction, it is essential to conduct a reasearch of employees of oil companies and oil companies satisfaction levels employee job satisfaction path of the formation.This article is based on domestic oil companies, domestic and abroad of the employee job satisfaction theories. the domestic oil company employee job satisfaction levels were measured, and oil company employee job satisfaction were researched in the formation of path system. First, preparing of the oil company employee job satisfaction scale. In the oil company employee job satisfaction are on the basis of evaluation index system, this article from the work itself, work rewards, work environment, corporate culture, working conditions, the oil produced 5 aspects to prepare Employee job satisfaction scale, a questionnaire about the distribution and recovery oil company employees overall level of job satisfaction. Again, employee job satisfaction is a comprehensive index, subject to job factors, organizational factors, personal factors, the impact of multiple factors. And the use of confirmatory factor analysis, using statistical analysis software AMOS17.0 the data fit the model. Secondly, this paper, combining findings and the actual situation of oil companies, puts forward countermeasures and suggestions satisfaction management. It makes clear of the direction and method of the oil company employee job satisfaction effective monitor and management.
