The main work and innovations of the dissertation include:1.The"modern enterprise statistics theory system"is reconstituted with the"enterprise statistics function"as the core. The dissertation proposes that the modern enterprise statistics function has three aspects. It proves the content and realization of the three functions in theory which provided the basic theoretic base for positioning the modern enterprise statistics and making full use of the enterprise statistics in the enterprise management.2.From discussing the methods of realization of modern enterprise statistics function, especially the index system of enterprise operation and management, the dissertation jumped out of the traditional model of"discussing the index system according to the index system". It proposes that the principle and path of index sytem design must be based on information technology and stress the separation of the designing of the basic index system and analyzing index system. In view of enterprise statistics management function, it proposes the view of mixing enterprise statistics technology and enterpise management method.3.The dissertation investigates the enterprise statistics situation by surveying questionnaire and finds out the key problems in the statistics practice. Those problems include the fact that the enterprise has a vague position and the statistics function has not taken full effect and so the use in enterprises has been limited. This is of importance to the clear direction of the topic choosing in this dissertation.4.The dissertation studies systematically the enterprise statistics function mode and the constituation of enterprise statistics informationization. Based on the systematic analysis of the development of enterprise statistics functioning mode, constituting modern enterprise synthetical informational enterprise statistics model has been proposed in the dissertation. It has designed the multi-functional enterprise statistics functioning model in the manufacturing industry. Focusing on the construction of the function model, the dissertation systematically proves the aim and task of enterprise statistics informationization.5.The dissertation realizes the good combination of theory and practice about enterprise statistics. Integrating with the other projects from enterprises, the dissertation systematically analyzes the development target, content and business procedure and basic function, separation of system level and the soft and hard ware arrangement of big and medium sized enterprise statistics information system which tests the theory in practice.6.The dissertation systematically explores the measures relating to the realization of statistics function, discusses the standardization of enterprise statistics basic work, enterprise statistics human resource and education, enterprises statistics culture construction.
