Research On The Formation Mechanism Of Creative Industries Cluster Based On Industrial Ecology

The fact has verified that developing creative industries is effective way of industries transformation from low value-added, high-pollution, industries to high value-added, non-polluting industries. Hence, the paper focus on the character of creative industries cluster, probe the creative industries cluster formation mechanism in the view of industrial ecology theory combining economics, management theory.The external environment for the creative industries cluster was analyzed:use of Cournot model, we can explain that a good micro-environment is an important prerequisite for the formation of dindustrial clusters conditions, Furthermore, due to creative industries flexible pecialization Processing requirements, we can sum up the impact factor in the formation of clusters of creative industries, including total of five major categories,21 classes. Then after the empirical research to determine the each corresponding value of influencing factors, so that we can establish a creative industries cluster formation evaluation index system.The symbiotic relationship within the creative industries clusters was described: firstly, after detailed analysis of creative industrial value chain, we can construct of mathematical model describes a symbiotic energy and reducing transaction costs is a prerequisite for the formation of symbiotic state. Secondly, through the logistic model, we can describe the symbiotic pattern formation process, including mutualism, commensalism, parasitic within creative industries cluster. Through use of biological network theory, we can describe organizational features of the resource-sharing type, network type, wheel-type creative industries clusters, and different symbiosis pattern between the creative enterprises.The evolution of the innovation mechanism in the creative industries was discussed:Though use of the basic principles of self-organization for the creative industries, indicating a cluster of creative industries is essentially a dissipative structure, and analysis of the overall relationship between cluster entropy and innovation. On this basis, analysis the development factors of cluster innovation mechanism. Finally, provide the appropriate policy recommendations for policy makers to ensure the healthy growth of creative industries.In the end, the formation of clusters of creative industries theory was tested by taking Hengdian film and television industry experimental area as an example.
