In digital era, tourism industry has a natural relationship with digital information technology as information intensive industry. On the other hand, digital technology, based on internet and information communication, has caused a new revolution to tourism industry, which has profoundly changed the models of tourism operation and management. It is clear that digital technology has becoming a crucial role in tourism development and prosperity and provides an new opportunity for tourism industry refinement. On this background, tourism industry becomes more unified,diversified and competitive.Besides, tourism enterprises, tourism markets and tourists' behavior are also changed greatly with the development of digital technology. So, it is urgent to learn the rules in the revolution for every tourism firm or organization.However, because of monopolization and power seperated caused by management system,it is very hard to achieve information sharing among departments and units, which brought about "information isles". Of course, it will lead to information resource waste and repeated constructions. For tourism destinations, "prisoners dilemma" appears for the reason of reasonalization and conflict between two different units. Generally speaking, tourism destination managers pay great attention to information faciclity construction and ingore information sharing, which forms a key barrier for tourism development in the long run.Even though there are a lot of practical achievements on tourism information construction, the reseach on information sharing is rare. It is just the key point of this thesis.Based on the existing literature at home and abroad, this thesis focuses on information sharing of tourism destination. Its main contents and innovations embodied are shown as follow.Logically, this thesis followes the route of literature combing-theoretical supporting-model constructing-factor analysis-protecting and maintening. Based on the tourism information dissemination theory, information economics theory and game theory, it analyzes information sharing factors, constructs three models and puts forward specific measures for information-sharing. This thesis creates a more complete and scientific theoretical system for destination's information sharing and gives a new perspective for information development of tourism destination.Then, it employes the method of factor analysis, literature review and experts interview to select 19 factors. In the light of descriptive statistical analysis, exploratory factor analysis (EFA) by SPSS software,15 key factors are selected at last. Moreover, it condusts confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) by AMOS, software and two findings are got. Firstly, technical factor isn't determinant, while social environment and economic security factors play key roles. Secondly,3 factors including digitalization standards, information sharing and digitalization planning are significant by CFA test.This thesis constructs vertical, level and cross models for information sharing in tourism destination and analzes backgrounds, running mechanism,fitting condition, structure characteristics and the relationship for three kinds of models. It points out that information sharing model of tourism destination is not static, which develops with social environment.. This study not only theoritically discusses the possibility and feasibility of destination information sharing, but also explores further paths to solve problems.Finaly, it constructs DISS path to achieve destination's information sharing on the condition of social environment system, economic security system and technical support system. Moreover, this thesis points out that social environment system is the prerequisite, economic security system is basic factor, technical support system is the core factor on the infulence of tourism information sharing. Furthuremore, by grasping the abstract rules, it proposes information sharing standards, revenues and efficiency, and technology planning for tourism destination to assure information sharing.
