"Three agricultural problems"are always the basic problems of the development of society and economy in China. If we want to settle the"three agricultural problems"thoroughly,enhancing the level of the agricultural production and management systematization must be the key. The thesis takes the agricultural production and management systematization as the object of study, applies the correlation theories of the economics and the management theory to construct analysis frame, and defers to the logical thinking of"the theory foundation, phenomenon description, stage evaluation, goal enactment, development plan"to study the problem of the agricultural production and management systematization.1. Definition and theoretical foundation(1) DefinitionAgricultural production and management organizations are a series of contractual relations formed by some entities who engage in agricultural production and management activity to promote respectively their socio-economic interests under some system constraints. Simultaneously, the definition compares with the agricultural organizations and farmers'organizations.Agricultural production and management systematization is the process in which agricultural production and management organizations change the traditional agriculture which is with the characteristics of an unreasonable allocation of resources, the high agricultural production costs, the low level of agricultural productivity, technological backwardness, weak competition in the market into modern agriculture through mutual cooperation. At the same time, the definition compares with the agricultural industrialization and farmers'systematization.(2)Theoretical foundationBased on the modern western economic theory and management theory, the thesis forms the analysis framework of the agricultural production and management systematization, which include: division and cooperation theory, cooperative system theory, industrial organization theory, transaction cost theory, institutional change theory, property rights theory and behavioral science theory. Through theoretical analysis the conclusions are as following: agricultural production and management systematization is the process of induced institutional change and imposed institutional change alternating action and combined action; in the process, organizations innovation can not only effectively change agriculture ( or agricultural products) market structure, in order to influence market behavior and market performance, but also greatly reduce transaction costs, optimize the allocation of resources and increase farmers'income; meanwhile, the healthy development of organizations can not be separated from clear property rights, as well as scientific individual behavior, group behavior and organizational behavior.2.Systematic investigation of China's agricultural production and management systematization(1)The historical changes and performance evaluation of agricultural production and management systematizationUnder the theoretical framework, the three stages of agricultural production and management organizational system are evaluated on performance from incentives, income, cost and efficiency. The results of the evaluation are very obvious.
