Professor Su Dongshui puts forward the"san wei"(tri-oriented) kerneled thought of Eastern Management, i.e."yi ren wei ben"(human-oriented) ,"yi de wei xian"(virtue-oriented) and"ren wei wei ren"(considerateness-oriented)."ren wei wei ren"(considerateness- oriented) is the essence of management, and also the distillation and kernel of Eastern Management."HeHe"( harmony and cooperation ) is the summons of time spirit, the kernel of humanism spirit of Chinese civilization, and the life wisdom of Chinese culture."ren wei wei ren"(considerateness-oriented) that is the kernel of Eastern Management and"HeHe"(harmony and cooperation) that is the kernel of Chinese traditional culture have the essential relation and inherent unification. Based on the mutual contact and unification of these two, this dissertation lucubrates the theoretical connotation and functional mechanism of"HeHe"Management.This thesis starts off the"ren wei wei ren"(considerateness-oriented) core theory of Eastern Management, studies mainly on the"HeHe"culture and its managerial thought, and discusses the relation of"ren wei"(self-cultivation),"wei ren"(consider others) and"ren wei wei ren"(considerateness-oriented) with"ji shen he he"(he he of oneslef),"qun ji he he"(he he of one and others) and"zu zhi he he"(he he of the organization);explores the theoretical foundation of HeHe Management, and constructs the theoretical framework of HeHe Management; brings forward the self-management that is based on"ren wei"(self-cultivation) and the"guanxi"management that is based on"wei ren"(consider others); forms HeHe Management that is based on the mutual contact of self-management and"guanxi"management; discusses the value viewpoint of HeHe and the construction of corporation HeHe culture; explores the application of HeHe Management in managerial practice by the way of case study; probes into the HeHe Management in future, and expounds the new tendency of the fusion and development of the eastern and western management.This dissertation consists of the following eight chapters: the first chapter is the guiding part of the thesis, which introduces the study background of this dissertation, and expounds the theoretical and practical significance of HeHe Management, writing framework and research method; the second chapter is the literature summarizing part, which expounds some important concepts related to HeHe Management including"ren wei"(self-cultivation),"wei ren"(consider others),"ren wei wei ren"(considerateness-oriented) and"HeHe"(harmony and cooperation), and summarizes the related literature; the third chapter systematically constructs the theoretical foundation of HeHe Management, and explores the support of HeHe Mangement in terms of philosophy, culturology and management; the fourth chapter analyses the relation among"ren wei"(self-cultivation),"ji shen he he"(he he of oneslef) and self-management, and expounds the functional mechanism in psychology, main content and realizing approaches of self -management; the fifth chapter analyses the relation among"wei ren"(consider others),"qun ji he he"(he he of one and others) and"guanxi"management, and expounds the functional mechanism, main content and realizing approaches of"guanxi"management; the sixth chapter analyses the inherent relation among"ren wei wei ren"(considerateness-oriented),"zu zhi he he"(he he of the organization) and HeHe Management, expounds the theory of HeHe Management and its mode under the perspective of"ren wei wei ren"(considerateness -oriented) of Eastern Management, and discusses the value viewpoint of HeHe and the construction of corporation HeHe culture; the seventh chapter expounds the applying target, applying means and applying space of HeHe Management, and explores the practices of HeHe Management in corporational organizations by the way of case study from multi-layers and multi-angles; the eighth chapter expounds the new development of contemporary managerial practices and theories, explores the new tendency of contemporary management development, i.e. the fusion and development of the eastern and western management, and holds the opinion that HeHe Management is the outcome of the management theory which develops to the phase of philosophy, and that is the new development of corporation management theory.
