Study On The Reply Mechanism Of The Northeastern Region Base On The Investment Strategy New Trend Of Multinational Enterprise

With the shift from south to north on China's regional investment strategy of developed countries driven foreign direct investment, the northeastern region welcomes new opportunities of attracting international investment to promote economic development. With the formation and implementation of the concept of Old Industrial Bases Rejuvenation in northeast region, the Northeast should adapt to the situation, set up the more effective undertaking mechanism response to new trends in investment strategy of multinational corporations in order to promote the region's rapid economic development.This paper uses the theory of international industrial transfer comprehensively, the theory of post-advantage, synergetic theory and game theory and so on based on the theory of international investment. Moreover, the thesis combines the analysis and empirical research method, static analysis and dynamic analysis method, micro-analysis and macro-analysis method, and qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis method to analysis the investment status of multinational corporations in Liaoning Province, Jilin Province, and Heilongjiang Province, from the three aspects including foreign sources, the industry distribution of investment and the investment way of multinational corporations.This paper analyzes China's investment strategy of multinational corporations on the new trend, specific analyzes the multinational companies on China's investment in the region to choose the new trend, and the impact of China's economic development; multinational companies on China's transfer of industry of new trends, and the impact of China's industrial development; multinational corporations on the new trends of China's investment.This paper analyzes the influencing factors of investment strategy, and the economic impact on the investment strategy of multinational corporations in the Northeast in depth. On this basis, it uses the theory of synergistic to study the relations between multinational corporations investment and undertaking investment in northeast region, and constructs the collaborative model between the above-mentioned. Moreover, it studies on the relations between the above-mentioned based on the Game Theory, and constructs the Game Model between the above-mentioned. Then, it carries out a Game Analysis.This paper constructs the northeast strategic mechanism to undertake the investment of multinational corporations, including the mechanism to attract resources and conditions, the interaction mechanism of competition and cooperation, the multilateral regional coordinated mechanism. And then, it did a systematic analysis and study in-depth.From the aspect of sustainable regional economic development, it constructs the evaluation index system and evaluation model showing the ability on strategic mechanism of the northeast to undertake the investment of multinational corporations. Then, it applies on the evaluation of the northeast to undertake the investment of multinational corporations mechanism, and proposes measures to protect transnational corporations to promote investment in northeast to undertake strategic mechanism.
