In this paper,the optimization of energy transmission system was researched.By taking the energy efficiency as the core,the environmental constraints,the sustainable economic development and the balance of regional economy,were studied.To study how to improve the efficiency energy of the transmission system,it focused on the optimization of the coal transport system.The main of the study are as following six aspects:The first,the increasing conflict of energy storage resources and energy demand was analyzed.The threat of China's energy security strategy caused by China's excessive dependence on oil imports was analyzed.The environmental issues bound facing by energy origin and the center of energy consumption was analyzed.The second,taking the promoting of regional economic sustainable development and economic and social sustainable development as a target,using a variety of methods to choose the research framework such as ecological footprint analysis,artificial intelligence technology to optimize decision-making system,machine learning and inteiligent prediction method.The third,based on the results of quantitative assessment of sustainable development analysis,the higher subjective characteristics is evaluated in accordance with level of region sustainable.Then we could construct the recognition model of ant colony algorithm improving the rough set of dynamic fuzzy neural network.The forth,using cutting-edge research methods of environment and ecology, construct the analysis model of China's energy transfer mode option in the key environmental constraints,such as constructing the ecological footprint model of Chinese water resources and atmospheric capacity.The fifth,gathering the data of economic and social development,environment and energy efficiency in China's seven major coal origins,southwest hydropower base and the east consumption center.The paper integrated optimized decision-making model proposed by this paper was applied to make empirical study.The sixth,making assisted policy recommendations of optimize the energy transmission system to improve supporting effect of the program.This program will promote inter-regional economic and social fair development and coordinated and sustainable development.Make policy recommendations of three respects:establish the price system of natural resources,optimize the transfer payment,promoted a fair and equitable flow of resources between Eastern and western regions,save energy.In this paper,the knowledge about the economics and the environmental economics, and the methods of optimize decision-making as far as the other areas of cutting-edge research methods,were comprehensively used.Based on starting with real value of the energy,with the deep study about how to optimize the energy transmission system,this paper will also make a reference to the national energy decision-making sector.
