Research On The Relation Between County Entrepreneurial Environment And County Economic Development

"Good counties, then stable nation". In our national economy, county economy plays an important and basic role. County economy is the integration of each department, each tache of reproduction and each mechanism. Along with the increasing development of economy and society, county economy is gradually set store by every part. In the 16th report of CCP, Chairman Hu reported that we should plan county and village as a whole, construct modern agriculture, develop agricultural economy to increase the income of farmers, which was the great task for the setup of rich society. We should strengthen the basic position of agriculture, regulate the economic structure of agriculture, protect and improve the productivity of foodstuff, supplement safe systems of agricultural products to improve the competition. At the same time, we should actively advance agricultural industrialization, improve the degree of sestematization of market entry and whole agricultural benefit, and develop agricultural machining industry to improve county economy. All of these show that the nation pays great attention to the county economy and agriculture.From the view of county economic development, strengthening county economy is becoming urgent. In our nation, after the open-door policy, the county ecnomy develops very quickly and its strength is gradually improving, and the living condition is improving. But the county economy develops unevenly, the gaps between the east and the west, the south and the north are becoimg bigger and bigger. In some undeveloped areas, the county economy development faces many difficulties and the investment lack money, farmers'incomes almost don't change and the government finance is in trouble, which cause weak competition in the international stage. In order to solve all problems, development concept must be set up.So, studying the county economic development from the view of corporate development is the urgent challenge we are facing now.The context of this dissertation includes the following five parts:Firstly, this paper deeply analyzes the relevant theories of this dissertation, of which it analyzes regional economy theory, industrial economy theory, development economy theory and regulation economy theory. After analyzing the basic theories, summaries are done in the fields of corporate development, county entrepreneurial environment and county economic development, such as the general disciplines of county economic development, its development principles, its strategic orientation and its mechanism and its modes. Although the former researchers have got some meaningful results, there are still many fields for research. This paper is based on the room and finally the research elements are summarized, which include county entrepreneurial environment, corporate development and county economic development.Secondly, this dissertation builds the theory model of the affecting mechanism of county entrepreneurial environment on corporate development based on entrepreneurial view, divides the county entrepreneurial environment into nine dimensions on the basis of current theory research, divides the corporate development into three dimensions of quantity, quality and speed, and puts forward the theory model of the relationship among elements.Thirdly, this dissertation puts forward the hypothesis of relationship among each element in this theory model basing on the theory deduction, which includes in detail the hypothesis of relationships between financial support and corporate development, government policy and corporate development, education and training and corporate development, R&D transfer and corporate development, tangible basic establishment and corporate development, commercial environment and corporate development, entry barrier and corporate development, culture and corporate development, and corporate development and the county economic development level, corporate development and the county economic development energy and corporate development and the county economic development potential and 12 hypothesis in all.The Fourth part is concerned with empirical research, which validates the theory model and relevant hypothesis with SEM and AMOS basing on the measurement of each variable. The data are obtained from the questionnaires to 15 counties in China, and the results show that 10 of 12 hypotheses are supported and 2 don't gain supports.Fifthly, this dissertation discusses the results which are checked out by hypothesis, which shows definitely the significance of theory and practice. The verifiably hypothesis could reveal the operational relationship among each elements, and the practical enlightenment of supported hypothesis; as for these hypothesis proved to be wrong, reveal the reasons combining with county entrepreneurial environment and development practice of county economy.The practical enlightenments were put forward from the point of view of the self of firm and the policy includes in detail firm should adapt the external environments; should pay attention to the establishments of variable entrepreneurial strategy in its different development stage; should pay attention to the construction of internal capacity; strengthen the construction of the actor of organization of external environment and develop the county economy quickly.The basic conclusions of this research include that financial support is related positively with corporate development, government policy is related positively with corporate development, education and training is related positively with corporate development, R&D transfer is related positively with corporate development, tangible basic establishment is related positively with corporate development, commercial environment is related positively with corporate development, entry barrier is related negatively with corporate development, and corporate development is related positively with the county economic development level, corporate development is related positively with the county economic development energy and corporate development is related positively with the county economic development potentialThis dissertation has the following innovations, firstly, the paper builds the synthesis model of the affecting mechanism of county entrepreneurial environment on corporate development then on the county economic development based on entrepreneurial view; secondly, the paper firstly studies the mechanism from several environments to corporate development according to the framework of GEM entrepreneurial environment.
