By drawing on general economic and other relevent theories and theories close integrating with reality, this dissertation makes in-depth study and exploration of unemployment problems in the old industrial bases which needs to be resolved.Making systematic analysis of unemployment problem in the old industrial base areas:This dissertation describes performance, analysis causes of formation, creating economic model and putting forward targeted management measures for each type of unemployment in the Old Industrial Bases. The chapters interrelate to each other as well as have them own contants indipendantly. This article formates a logic rigorous system of research on unemployment problem in the old industrial bases completely and systematicly.Making scientific classification of unemployment problem in the old industrial bases Closely integrating this dissertation with reality of the old industrial bases and regarding unemployment causes as the main line, the unemployed people are classified in six types, they are ownership transition unemployment, structural adjustment unemployment, industrial recession unempoyment, technological progress unemployment, employment-based preference unemployment and general surplus unemployment. This provides a new way for further reresearch, analyse and resolve unemployment problems in the old industrial bases.Creating economic models of various types of unemployment in the old industrial bases This dissertation uses the methods empirical analysis, formulas, function maps, scales maps, date tables and others to stuty and analyse each type of unemployment. On this basis, the economic models corresponds to each type of unemployment are created by applying the principles of economic theory. Based on the analysis of these economics models, it also provides a theoretical basis for setting up relevant management measures through application of game theory, Markov meth model, economic psychology, grey theory, investment theory.Raising management measures against various types of unemployment in the old industrial bases 25 targeted and workable management measures are raised for various types of unemployment in old industrial bases. Such as: obviouslizing hidden unemployment etc. 4 measures against ownership transition unemployment; development of vocational education etc. 4 measures against development of vocational education; industrial restructuring measures etc. 3 measures against structural adjustment unemployment; development of high-new technical with overall plans taking all factors into consideration etc. 3 measures aginst technological progress unemployment; fully disclosing employment information etc. 5 measures against employment-based preference unemplyment and vigorously developing regional economy etc. 6 measures against general surplus unemployment.
