The Power Theory Of The Enterprise

Because of ideology limit, academy specialization and Division, lacking of the new idea, Power, acting as the old political idea, still occupies the modern's head, and appears which is repelled except frame of analyzing of economics as political science or law science concept at first. In other words, people often regard the"power"concept as the direct or implicit research prerequisite, but not target of studying. In fact, in the microcosmic field and macrocosmic field, power has determined the efficiency and actual interests'distribution from the most general perspective. In the macroscopically field, a lot of transition countries cause power to seek rents and get involved in resource distribution because of not complete market system and power mechanism, and has influenced resources utilization efficiency and the wealth to assign greatly. In the microcosmic field, even if the transactions are zero, the result of resources distribution has something to do with the power (right) initial distribution. Because power (right) is a kind of indirect incentive mechanism and is inalienable with ownerships distribution. It seems that economics is unable to avoid the study of power. It is necessary to set up analysis framework of power in economics domain.As the logic extend of enterprises power phenomenon, how builds analysis framework of enterprise's power? The economics have formed different theory schools of the enterprise power views, cause great difference about relevant problems. (1)Early institution economics follows as wholes method, realize importance to study the enterprise power problem, and have further investigation, but they do not regard enterprise's power as the way of realization of the special economic relation, but regarded as a kind of reflection of habit, faith, social values. They can not know, in capitalist enterprises,"the capital is dominating economic rights in the capitalist society."In this way, they can not analyze enterprise's essence and relation between enterprises and market .so it is impossible to hold essence involved in history methodology method. (2)Enterprise's contract theory taking transaction cost as the core analysis framework, has already reached question that enterprise's power structure interacts with potential efficiency structure, thus given the theory characteristic of classical economics and theoretical foundation to modern economics. But based on transaction cost analytical method, it is unable to explain enterprise's power source, thus unable to really announce the essence of power and development ruling inside enterprises. (3) Different from theory of the early institution economics system, the theory methodology of Marxism enterprise is set up on the basis of dialectical materialism and historical materialism, its basic method is materialist conception of history and materialist dialectics. While analyzing the power essence of enterprises, this kind of methodology focuses on announcing the origin of enterprise's power and development rules in the dialectical productivity and production relations. However, Marx has not proposed analyzing the framework in power of enterprises clearly. Need to refine, appear an endogenous power analysis framework, including the micro factor in it. So, combining the enterprise power view of different theory schools, by the creative conversion, constructing a unified theory regarding the power of enterprises is very essential.Because of this, this paper has defined the power nature of enterprises and expanded at first, and has carried on criticizing introspection to the enterprise power view of different theory schools, and then explain some important respects regarding enterprise's power ,which is neglected by the traditional theory and modern development, try to set up a regulatory theory framework regarding enterprise's power in order to understand enterprise's power phenomenon doubly: (1)The first kind understand is to use social physics, investigate the enterprise power phenomenon of production attribute and development rules in systematic gradual progress of macroscopically productivity.(2)Because the productivity evolution is the individual one's own evolution too, individual ability and wealth factor, attitude of risk and resources rareness, etc, brings into the individual's category of comprehensive bargaining power , that analyze micro power phenomenon to enterprises of this paper. This kind of"double understand"had formed the subject content building the enterprise power theory framework constructed of this paper. In addition, this paper has also analyzed the governess structure question of the state-owned enterprise of our country of the present stage, have put forward the power logic of mutual Governing.The main task in this paper is to carry on a explanation about enterprise's power phenomenon, lay particular emphasis on the basic theoretical research about enterprise's power phenomenon. (1)This paper, through analyzing the inherent logic among division --Knowledge --Capital -- enterprise's power, has constructed the theory framework that explains the enterprise's power phenomenon and development rules. This theory framework explains power relation inside enterprises based on that historical materialism, and analyze"capital form " category, have expanded theory of Marx to confine material capital, take human resources capital as leading factor.(2)This paper makes a variation and choosing through drawing the"evaluation " category from biology, build and construct the concept and theory to the inherent characteristic of the dynamic change of comprehensive bargaining power again, thus overcome Marx power theory lacking of the micro category analysis and better the micro power analysis of the framework from the model of negotiating. (3)This paper has been introduced to historic analysis of enterprise's power and try to come to understand enterprise's power phenomenon from the historical views, combining enterprise's organizational form and development, have analyzed the power relation of"capital hire labors " and power relation change to modern enterprises inside capitalist classical enterprises. Based on historical views enterprise's power phenomenon is understood, which have broken through limitation of static analysis of equilibrium analysis of the new classical enterprise's theory and enterprise's contract theory. In addition, this paper has carried on the new explanation to several basic theoretical questions of enterprise's power, for instance the enterprises power nature, production attribute of the enterprises, the source of enterprise's power, etc. Meanwhile, this paper analyzes relevant theoretical questions of enterprise's power, such as metaphor methodology, economics language issue, time issue of economic analysis, evaluations theory and issue that explains to be incommensurable among the game theory, have carried on the essential summary.
