Study On The Ability Of Competitiveness And Sustainable Development Of Privately Operated Enterprises

Market economic system has become the dominant system in our economic life in 21st Century. Thousands of privately operated enterprises are born, while thousands of old ones are dying with each passing day.Large in number and full of vigor and vitality, privately operated enterprises in China have played an important role in the national economy. Such being the case,how to maintain rapid development of those numerous privately operated enterprises in China is an issue not only of great significance at privately operated enterprises level,but also at the government level.The competitiveness of enterprises ,which is essential to enterprises sustainable development and competitive advantage,has been becoming a new view and issue since 1990s.To win advantages among competition, every country in the world has tried every means to raise the competitiveness of the enterprises. Our country has joined the World Trade Organization, which marks that the enterprises of our country add the competition of the international economy formally. After joining in it, our government must unlock various kinds of protection for enterprises according to the game rules of WTO.On the whole, the international competitiveness of privately operated enterprises in our country is relatively inferior, which has the reasons of history,system and technology. At the same time,some famous privately operated enterprises die out because of their poor sustainable ability .Facing this situation, we must improve the ability of competitiveness and sustainable development as soon as possible, if our privately operated enterprises want to have one seat on international economic stage.The dissertation consists of six chapters.The basic contents and main conclusions are drawn as followings:The first chapter is introduction.This part mainly discuses the background and significance,brings forward logic diagram and defines some important concepts,for instance,Privately Operated Enterprises and so on.The second chapter is theoretic start and theoretic foundation.This dissertation, recalling its theoretical origins and its measuring methods, systematically identifies its connotation and extension, ananalyses, both theoretically and positively, its discerning methods,working mechanism as well as fostering approaches under present circumstance of the entry into WTO of China .
