Enterprise informationilization means that basing on BPR, enterprises utilize computer technology, network technology and database technology on certain depth and broadness, control and manage all information in enterprise's production and operating activities integratedly, combine manufacturing technology with the information technology, modern administrative skill, and apply to each link of producing and enterprise management to improve the economic benefits and market competitive power of enterprises.Information becomes important in our life day by day. The human society is a society which is full of information, and the human practice activity is due to exchange and application of the information constantly. At present, the information industry has already become the pillar industry of national economy of developed country. And information ability has become the important sign of national strength and international competitiveness. The informationilization of our country began to start at the beginning of the eighties of the 20th century when the country implemented the economic restructuring. It showed as introduce computer technology, and launch computer technology and application of apparatus basing on the actual need of enterprise development mainly. At present, the enterprise informationilization level of our country is lower, and the success rate is not high.
