A Study On Operating Mechanism Of Agricultural Leading Enterprise In China

The central government has released its first major document to resolve the problems related to farmers, agriculture and the countryside for three years, which revealed the basic task of the CPC. The rural developing was put to the front of reform again. It is no only the focus of economic task of China but also a significant field for academician to study policy and theory how to develop countryside and agriculture and how to solve the problems of farmers.It has been proved theoretically and practically that problems including the contradiction between micro-farmer and macro-market, the inconsequence of agriculture industry frame, the weakness of rural basic organization, etc obstruct rural economy from developing. The agricultural leading-enterprise (ALE) is the most important and main organization of agricultural industrializing, which is the most dominating and important effective method to resolve the problems related to farmers, agriculture and the countryside. It is good for us to improve agricultural efficiency, to add farms' income, to increase agricultural competition ability of China and to innovate agricultural management system. The central and local governments pay attention to all the things above and constitute a lot of policies to promote and protect the development of the ALE.
