Tt makes up the <> about the levy of the petroleum resources compensation. This is ascientific scheme and it is calculated strictly and easy to be operated. It accords with the actualcomplexion of each type oil-field in Junggar basin. It can be used to compare with otheroil-fields,higher or lower,and this character meets the national policy.
