Research On The Credit Governance System Of Construction Enterprise Based On Self-organization Theory

In recent years, with rapid development of China's construction industry, project quality deterioration and frequent accidents due to construction enterprises'credit loss have aroused the authorities'attention. Academic circles got a certain achievements about credit problems in construction market, but still lack focused and systematic. It has important theoretical and practical significance that explore the evolution mechanism of construction enterprise credit governance system. Based on dissipative structure theory and synergy theory which is core idea of self-organization theory, with information support from surveys and literature, this paper systematically studies the construction enterprise credit governance system by the methods of Vague sets group decision making, support vector machine, system dynamics, structural equation model etc.1. Structure and logical relations of construction enterprises credit governance system are analyzed. The four conditions of dissipative structures are translated into corresponding meaning. A method of calculating credit entropy is proposed to compute the positive and negative entropy. Compared with Brusselator Criterion, results show that the credit governance system of construction enterprises in China does not have the conditions for the formation of dissipative structures.2. Based on system opening condition of dissipative structure, theoretical model of credit information sharing mechanism is established. The reason for slow development of construction enterprises credit information system in China is analyzed. Three main kinds of driving mechanism of credit information sharing in foreign countries are compared. Vague group decision making method whose score function and similarity degree are modified with limit thought is introduced into the optimal path selection of construction enterprises credit information sharing. The results provide the theoretical support for promoting the credit information sharing system.3. Construction enterprise credit evaluation is continuation of credit information sharing, but also the core of the credit governance system. Scientific and reasonable evaluation lies in the choice of indexes and improvement of methods. From different perspectives of multiple evaluation subjects, credit evaluation are divided into three types: credit evaluation based on performance ability, credit evaluation based on debt paying ability, credit evaluation based on the market behavior. With the means of literature and survey, construction enterprises credit evaluation index system based on performance ability is designed. The combination weighting method is used to improve multi-class support vector machines for construction enterprise credit rating. This method including both the subjective preferences of decision makers and the information contribution of indexes, can achieve the multiple classification of credit rating. Numerical examples show that the method has excellent accuracy, enriching the construction enterprises credit evaluation method.4. The dynamic mechanism of construction enterprises credit governance system is investigated based on the structural disorder condition of dissipative structure theory. The relationship between construction enterprises credit and various governance mechanisms are simulated by system dynamic method joined structural equation model. Qualitative analysis of the feedback loop through system dynamic model makes up the fault of traditional structural equation ignoring the system's complexity and dynamic nature.5. According to the fluctuation condition of dissipative structure, governance pattern should change. Based on synergy governance theory, this paper establishes the construction enterprise synergy governance system, analyses the connotation of synergy governance, discusses the subjects'relationship roles, and put forward the ways to achieve synergy governance.
