Special Program Management Analysis And Application In Software Outsourcing Enterprise

Program Management, is becoming a hot topic in current and future project management research field. Based on the software enterprises in the practice of program management, and with synergistic theory and group theory as the theoretical basis of research, integrated use of systems engineering, program management, performance management, theory of constraints and software engineering methodology, proposed model of synergistic management and collaborative management in program management practice. According to the software outsourcing enterprise and financial software enterprise management practices and methods of the proposed model, the program management theory and practice, is of great significance.The following work has been done in this thesis:1. Describes the research background and the research objectives.2. Analyzed the importance of program management theory and application in the software outsourcing industry in depth.3. Systematically expounded the program grading and classification method in software enterprises; introduced the discrete program management evaluation and performance evaluation method; successfully established the combination of DEA and TOPSIS method for performance evaluation.4. Analyzed synergistic chain of the discrete program and defined the scope and characteristics of synergistic discrete program; established a system development-type program evaluation method for synergistic discrete program.5. Through the research of continuous program sample, built up a continuous program management performance evaluation index.6. Systematically expounded the characteristics of the symmetrical program, proposed the structure of symmetric principles for symmetrical program; in management of symmetry program, proposed management principle of fairness, program organizational structure configuration principle, and resource optimization methods.Performed following innovation work and in-depth research on program management models and methods of software companies in this paper: 1. Systematic analysis of the concept of a variety of implications of the programs within software companies. Based on industry program management experience, projects and programs will be divided into five levels of originality: Small projects / micro-projects, project, special program, general program and the macro program.2. According to practical experience, the special program divided into discrete groups, continuous groups and symmetry groups and other types of programs.3. Creative proposed the concept and program matrix and program matrix analysis, from the perspective of management performance, organizational structure, and strategic collaboration, discussed the management methods for continuous program and discrete program.
