Pistachio figures prominently among other nuts due to its nutritious value. Because of its high food value and favorable taste, planting pistachio trees has become common in other parts of the world. Pistachio product as a commercial output has a special importance in the agricultural production of some countries like Iran and contains large portion of non-petroleum exportation.Main research question of this paper is "How can an Iranian Pistachio company enter the Chinese market? The USA as Iran's rival in pistachio global markets tries in many devices to improve its situation and gain in global war of pistachio production and export by defecting Iran, and USA with advanced technology may win in this war of globalization process. Of course, major markets in Europe, East Asia, Central Asia and the Persian Gulf littoral states use Iranian pistachios at present, but it is necessary that Iran observe international standards and make investments in marketing and exporting processing industries and find new target markets for this product, particularly by eliminating limitations and entering WTO.In this study I want to show the relation market between Iran and China and also overview for the new future market in Asia. That including study is Supply chain value in Iran, Market and trade Iran to China, E-Business for pistachio and other relation studies this is achieved and shows for study thesis about there are some reason:1-This research work is a study of pistachio production and trade situation in global markets with special reference to main pistachio producers and exporters. The necessary data have been collected from FAO databases, Statistical Center of Iran, Iran Ministry of Agriculture, U.S. Census Bureau, U.S. Department of Commerce, USDA, International Tree Nuts Council, U.S. Treasury, and the U.S. International Trade Commission, annual reports published by agricultural organizations and central office of rural cooperatives. To obtain more confidence and be sure on research conclusion, we performed interview with 100 selected pistachio producers, distributors, consumers and experts.2-China Market definition means that the scope and boundaries to be determined accurately and simply the goods belong to them to consider. After two commodity China markets and geographic and contain are three elements:performance, behavior and structure. Depending on the nature and how to communicate these elements together, shape, type and China market organization is identified. China Market analysis and forecasting involves understanding the structure of the China market. The most prominent features of China market structure can be focused vendors, buyers focus on conditions of entry and different degrees of goods mentioned. Using the focus of two feature vendors and buyers can focus on being competitive and monopoly China markets identified. Variety of China markets and firms size distribution between the two full range of competitive China market and monopoly occurs. Any degree of focus is exclusively caused by the greater degree of behavior focus led to less competitive behavior than are firms in the China market. 3-The problem of Iran's economic is depending on oil's incomes, therefore to increase non-oil exportation like agricultural products is the main goal of country's economic development program. The goal of this paper is to investigate effective factors in pistachio exportation and mentioned goal will be consider by variable factors such as export's principle, aflatoxin poison, and packaging. The type of this paper is descriptive-cognition and the related information for this scope have been collected by using library resources such as books, scientific journals, moreover for collecting necessary data in order to confirm or reject research hypotheses a questionnaire designed by researcher have been used. Statistical society for this research includes the pistachio exporter in Iran for example Kerman province, Semnan province..., the method being used has been random sampling. Results of this investigation shows that the principles of exporting, aflatoxin poison and packaging have great influence in exporting Iran's pistachio.Chinese market will continue to expand and therefore its demand for Iranian pistachios would increase, because:a. Rapid growth of middle class.b. Increasing attention to taste and aroma, day by day.c. New demand for healthy food..Today, regular consumers of pistachio nuts are only small part of Chinese population. It is better to bear in mind that most of Chinese could be pistachio consumers; tomorrow. There is a promising future for this business in Tomorrow's China.
