Along with the rapid development of network technology and multimedia technology, multimedia data gradually become an important information source. In the case of multimedia information, how to protect multimedia security has become an open issue. Digital image is an important component of the multimedia, and has a considerable proportion at present. Therefore, it becomes a focus of the digital image protection. The main purpose of this thesis is to solve some key information steganography technology for digital image media protection.Modern steganography technology has many advantages for the images protection. For this reason, Firstly, under the condition of knowing that image has stego information (i.e., digital watermarking), the thesis studies image media security, multi stego information fusion, 2D barcode image media protection methods. Secondly, under the condition of not knowing that image has stego information or not, the thesis studies the steganography analysis methods. In detail, the main work of the thesis is following.Firstly, image media security of image is studied. By analysis of a lot of previous corresponding works, a DCSK encoding and Harr approximate zero tree wavelet coefficients based information steganography algorithm is proposed. Experimental results show that the proposed algorithm has better security, and that the approximate zero tree wavelet coefficients can provide better concealment effect.Secondely, the coexistence of multi-image information is studied. By tracking the latest corresponding technology, an orthogonal sequence transform channel coding based multisteganographic algorithm is proposed. Experimental results show that some kinds of stego information can be coded as a whole sequence by orthogonal transformation with noninterference, and the coexistence of multi-image information can be resolved effectively by the algorithm. The algorithm can also resist JPEG2000 compression, filtering, noise and attack.Thirdly, two-dimensional barcode image media protection is studied. Based on analysis and comparison of the previous work, a two-dimensional barcode vertical information based steganographic algorithm is proposed. The experimental results show that 2D barcode image information can be embedded more in the vertical than in the horizontal.Fourthly, under the condition of not knowing that image has stego information or not , and based on analysis of the classical F5 algorithm, a improved F5 steganalysis algorithm is proposed. Compared with the existing Farid algorithm, the proposed algorithm improves detection accuracy, which is tested by experimental results.Lastly, under the condition of not knowing that image has stego information or not, a higher-order statistics based general steganalysis algorithm is proposed. The algorithm does not depend on any prior information, only analysizes color image, pixel depth, edge, texture feature of the information from the point of statistics and gives the final results. To Experimental results show that the algorithm can be used for any image Steganalysis Blind detection analysis.
