The peculiar properties of nanomaterial are attracted much interest and the development of the nanoscience and nanotechnology are also encouraged. Along with the approach of nanoproducts, how to character the nanomaterials, especially the nanoparticles, has been an important topic to research. Therefore, dynamic light scattering technique (DLS), which is regarded as a non-contact and fast measurement, becomes one of the hot topics in nanoscience field. Following the evolution about several decades, DLS has become an important resort to measure the nanoparticles. As thus, a high-accuracy survey using DLS technique for the nanoparticles is still expected. The main purpose of this thesis is to investigate high-resolution dynamic light scattering with analog detection (DLSAD) and the influence of sampling rate on the precision of particle size by dynamic light scattering with analog detection. This thesis is consisted of three parts:...
