As the development of the laser technology rapidly, the application of the laser has developed in the fields of military affairs, medical treatment and processing broadly, more and more people attach importance to the laser protection. Laser protective materials have some shortages in transmittance of visible light, visual angle of protection and wave band of protection at present. To develop a kind of optical-limited laser protection materials and based on the analysis of the principle and technology of laser protection and laser protection materials, the dissertation discussed the principal of non-linear optical materials and the application of it, such as the technology and sorts of the materials of the non-linear refraction, non-linear dispersion, non-linear refection and non-linear absorption of optical limiting in detail; defined the expression of the coefficient of non-linear absorption and refraction by using the principle of organic non-linear excitation state reverse saturable absorption and the equation of velocity of number of particles, under the condition of stable state, integrating the results of Z-scanning and the model of the system of three energy level; discussed the basic theory of absorption of the reverse saturable absorption materials in excitation state and introduced the optimization theory of optical limiting device based on the absorption in excitation state in brief.In this paper the compounds of Phthalocyaine and Porphyran materials as study objects, 12 kinds of metal phthalocyanine compounds with axial substitution of different metal coordination and alkoxy and 4-phenylsmicar-Porphyran and three metal Porphyran compounds with different metal coordination were prepared. The molecular structures of the compounds have been identified by elements analysis, IR spectrum and the NMR hydrogen spectrum. The A-G compounds and the N-P compounds were mixed into PMMA, reverse saturable absorption compounds/PMMA samples were prepared by cast moulding method; the sample of composite film materials of Phthalocyanine/PMMA is prepared by the pulling method by dissolving H-L into the PMMA; the sample of composite materials of PMMA mixed with Phthalocyanine is prepared by injection moulding by mixing Cumylphnyle-phthalocyaine indium into the PMMA; The optical limiting device is made by the PMMA and tertiary butyle phthalocyaine indium compound rete material at the same time.The DSC curves of the composite materials of PMMA and three derivatives of alkoxy phthalocyanine Pb have been tested, it can seen it that the glass transition temperature composite materials could be increased by mixinging the derivatives of Phtahlocyanine into PMMA and the heat resistant performance could be improved, at the same time glass transition temperatures are caused by the oligomerization of the Phtahlocyanine derivatives shown in the curve.SEM analysis of cross section of injection moulding sample showed that the Phtaholcyanine distributed equably in Polymer substrate,Agglomeration phenomenon occurred.The compounds were characterized by UV-VIS spectra.
