The scientific experiment data processing is a important subject. For the measure can't be repeated, it is important to take a new method in process astronomical measure data. In this paper, based on the theory of chaos, fractal and wavelet analysis, by study the non-linear character in measure data, obtain some general conclusion. The main work include:1. Analysis the chaos in the noise of atomic clock, thus, drew the conclusion that the operation state of atomic clock is related to environment condition.2. Study the period change of earth polar shift by the complex wavelet analysis, the result correspond to others work very well.3.Establish a new model of non-stationary time sries: subsectional recurrence model, and certify strictly in mathematics, then, apply this method to analysis the sunspot numbers and polar shift .4.Use moment of wavelet method in study the scattering of electromagnetic wave from rough surface, analysis some sorts of periodic rough surface and random surface, then, discuss the character of high order moment.5.Apply modern spectra estimated method to the study of scattering of electromagnetic wave from rough surface, the result shown the high value of this method in practice.6.Study the electromagnetic back-scattering enhancement from fractal rough surface and analysis some related experiment phenomenon, the result accordant with experiment phenomenon well.
