Over past few years, the research on complex network has been developed rapidly and extended many science fields, such as biology, physics and social science. It boils down to two reasons: (1) With the improvement of computing capability, people can research various realistic networks including multimillion nodes. It could not be realized in the past; (2) People need to recognize various networks urgently to find out instructional macroscopical-rules. The research discovered that many practical networks have some characteristics of complex networks, and Internet is a typical one."Computing" as a bridge between theory and experiment has become an important science research method. In many fields computing has become an important tool which can noe be substituted. Following the new problem emergence, however, the problems are becoming more and more complex and the scales are more and more big, as a result, it is necessary to improvement the capacity of solving the problem. Among these new problems be solved, local computing resources hadn't meet the need, so it is a kind of requirement to break the limited of zone and realizing bigger granularity and bigger scale resources-sharing. As a super big scale complex network computing platform integrating all kinds of computing resources, storage resources, information resources Internet is a favorable computing circumstance, but it still has some problems to resolve.As the most complicated artificial system, Internet hides order and structure of huge scale mode, which is startling. So the thesis studied the problem of computing migration on complex network by analyzing the data of Internet, which were supported by Skitter project of CAIDA.The idea of "computing migration" is put forward. Because of the unbalance requirements of computing of user from different zone, it leads to unequal distributing, in other words, resources is abundant in some little field while it is lack in the other.
