Networked Control Systems (NCS), that combine the automatic control, computer and communication technologies, has appeared with the modernization of science and technology, the large-scale applications of industrial and agricultural production, and the high-speed development of computer, automatic control and communication technologies. The primary characteristics of NCS are its complexity of systematic structure, large-scale, and integration of many modes subsystems. The complexity of systematic structure includes the complexity of systematic behavior, characteristic, and uncertainty. The complexity of many mode subsystems is that the system consists of many subsystems and the relevance among the subsystems is very complex. The relevance among the subsystems is shown as the information reciprocation between different mode subsystems. The information is quantitative or qualitative information, sometimes even fuzzy or related random information. How to model and analysis NCS is a key question to answer these limited or unable to solve problems of more extensive field, especially some problems, which are difficult to signify with the mathematics model. But research approaches and tactics, which have successfully applied in computer field, can bring up new ideas for solving the problems of NCS. Petri Nets are a right choice for this purpose.Petri Nets are a kind of diagrammatic language, and have strong power of describing and analyzing complicated systems. My dissertation focuses on the formalize model and analysis technology of NCS and utilizes fundamental property of Petri net to analysis the faults of NCS. The main influencing factors of systematic dependability of NCS based on the abundant research lessons from computer communication network technology, intelligence control technology, study and improve the networked measurement and solution of observing and controlling systematic dependability, and guide the dependability networked whole life cycle.Expand stochastic Petri Nets for hybrid stochastic Petri net, go on strict demonstration and derive to its basic theories at first.
