Firstly based on the basic calling status model in IN (intelligent network), services realization process is described in this paper. From these descriptions it is known that the IN services is mainly the modification of the executing programs in the basic telephone service in order to meet the services demand under the control of the entity of service control function. The beginning, transfer and ending of the IN service flow all need to be triggered at the detecting point and then will be realized until the triggered matter meets the triggering standard at the detecting point. Furthermore the conflicting acts between the IN services are analyzed. The obtained results are that services conflicting in essence are ascribed to the confusion of IN services flow at the executing process, or that the flow executions in basic calling state model can not satisfy the services demands. It is also summarized that the services conflict focus on the four fields, i.e. the mutually exclusive services, services shield, services disturb and recording charge. Secondly classified concept and characteristic of distributing inter-twist judge are introduced in this paper. This part expound a judging theory of distributed reasoning and propose the pattern selector built by using of relation and neural reasoning mechanism. The IN service conflict issues are ascribed to the distributed inter-twist judge issues. By using relation classified function of selector to classify the IN service dynamically, some results are reached that the services with better relationship in same kind have high conflict possibility, and the services with weak relationship in different kind have low conflict possibility. This conclusion shows that the distributed weak correlation between the basic units SIB constituted from the IN services is the inter reasons that form services conflict. If these inter reasons are hold the services scope with high conflict possibility will be found by using dynamically detecting method, and using of the appropriate methods also avoid and resolve the conflict. -Il- I. The third part in this paper presents an online detecting scheme based on BSCM mainly for mutually exclusive services and service shield. The concept of the status comparator at triggering point is introduced in this part. After comparing the actual executing flow states with the scheduled flow states at service triggering point, for the service conflict with mutually exclusive characteristics, the service conflict can be detected. By judging whether actual triggering flow of service corresponded to the schedule flow states, for the service conflict with shield characteristic, the service conflict can also be detected. Finally from the general service logic (GSL), on the basis of the two kinds of SIB parameters and object oriented techniques, a processing simulation system for a basic call in intelligent network services is set up in this paper. In this system, I according to the different kind of services, some appropriate detecting means are I added at every detecting point with basic call to judge whether the conflict occurs or I not. The system provides a dynamic work interface for detecting and processing services conflict.
