The rational allocation and management of wireless resources consisting of system capacity and power control, call admission, and district planning affects the custom's QoS directly in the mobile communication system. The mobile communication network plays an important role only when a variety of wireless resourses functions an organic whole through different techniques. The research on the management of wireless resource and the related application technology is becoming increasingly popular, and some key technologies in this field have been researched and many achievements have been made in our country. In this paper, based on the concept of wireless resource management, the key technologies related wireless resource is being discussed and explored thoroughly.This dissertation consists of four major parts. In the first part, system model and capacity has been researched. The general capacity characteristics of wireless channel is proposed by the setting up the wireless channel model based on multi-dimensional Markov and analyzing the influence of call admission control(CAC) on QoS. In the second part, the multi-path reception, and power research have been discussed.Turbo code and multi-path signal estimation algorithm theory based Rake structure has been introduced first and then a hybird multi-path reception scheme has been put forward, the algorithm performance has been analyzed and discussed. In the third part, the cellular planning based on multi-hop has been studied. Routing algorithm based on multi-hop virtual cellular network, the routing schemes based on multi-hop virtual cellular network and effects of enviromental parameters on the dynamic performangce have been done. In the forth part, the reseach is on divesity technology in the multi-hop virtual cellular network. The basic mobile communication diversity algorithm is introduced first and then multi-hop maximal ratio combining(MHMRC) is put forward. multi-hop maximal ratio combining(MHMRC) algorithm in the multi-hop virtual cellular network has been proposed, then many analyses, statistics and research on it has been studied. The results investigated in this dissertation reveal that the rational management of wireless resource is important the QoS. It not only shows clearly the relationship between wireless channel capacity and the call arrive rate, call admisson control and system ourages, the system power optimization under multi-path reception as well, but also demonstrates the methods of cellular planning in the multi-hop networks and reception technology based on multi-hop networks. The results obtained from this dissertaion can lay solid theoretical foundation for the rational allocation and management of wireless resource, and it has great theoretical and practical value.
