Research On The Role Orientation Of TiYu Of University In China In The New Era

The TiYu of University, as a combination of Higher Education and Sport, has to acclimatize itself to the progress of Higher Education and Sport; More developments of the TiYu of University need the integration of both practice and theory; which are all the basic laws abided by the development of the TiYu of University. With the implementation of the Open-Door Police, the development of Higher Education and Sport have seen the great progress made by the TiYu of University in practice as a whole, which has shown many obvious specialities contrasted with the P.E education in the primary or middle school; Nervetheless, the theory of TiYu of University in the new era has lagged behind the practical development's needs of the TiYu of University. Therefore, a systematic framework of reference on the whole is in demand, in order to instruct the TiYu of University.The dissertation adopts the role-orientation of university as a guideline and forms the perspective of observation and analysis from the function-behavior of organizations, and from such 3 aspects as role-attribute, role-expectation and role-performance, take a systematic research about the TiYu of University on its social attribute, connotation, extension, features, mission, strategy, etc.The critical arguments are about:The TiYu of University is of speciality compared with the P.E in primary or middle school. With the transformation of management system on both High education and Sport, by changing from the perspective of "Ordinary Physical Education" to the perspctive of "Organizational Bebavior of University", which is out of traditional theory fram of P.E in school , the dissertation discusses that the role-orientation of the TiYu of University is not only more appropriate to the law of the development of Higher Education and Sport, to the requirement of the social function and the spirit of universities, but also in line with the wise choice for the development in practice.The concept of the TiYu of University ought to be expanded. It can be the implementer and supporter of the organizational behavior of University as section of University organizational behavior about TiYu, not just a part of the college education, as well as a direct participant of national sport. The TiYu of University is an organizational behavior system which takes idea of university as guide and fostering the all-round developed talents as core, as well as conforms to the social expectation and requirement in the certain period, which is presented by implementing the function of university, through the relativeliy high-level activities of the excellent culture of the Physical Education and Sports. Therefore, not only can the mission be described as some specific targets in detail, but also the more detailed strategies can be devised in order to instruct the practice of the TiYu of University.
